I couldn't tell you for a fact that it's waterproof, mine is set up on my trailer with a 1" Receiver type mount. done this way so I can remove it and store it in my tool box on my trailer. I'm assuming made of neoprene it would be waterproof. Sorry if I wasn't much help!

Answer:	Yes it is supposed too. The mount fit perfect on the Gator 825i XUV. I used the Superwinch Terra 45 on mine and it works great. Remember to read the wiring directions that come with the mount kit or it will be a long day for you. if you have a 825i gator I think the 3000# winch will let you down.

Question:	Will this mount on a single wall stud
Answer:	Thanks for your question! You should be able to mount this DL400 pulling winch on a single wall stud. Just be sure that you mount it with a bolt in each of the two holes in the winch base. However, keep in mind that this is a pulling winch and should not be used to lift anything vertically. If you need to lift something vertically, you should purchase a D-L brake winch, worm gear winch, or electric winch without a clutch lever.
Question:	Doe it have two centered mounting holes? If so, how far apart are they
Answer:	Yes, 1 round & 1 slotted, so adjustable from 3-1/8” to 3-1/2”.
Question:	Can the DL400 be used with cable, or is it only for use with strap webbing
Answer:	Thanks for your question! You can install cable on this DL400. It will fit up to 99' of 1/8" cable (which is the diameter size we recommend to achieve a 4:1 safety factor) or up to 63' of 5/32" cable.

Answer:	Yes Center to center of the top bolts are 24 3/8" Center to center of the lower bolts are 25 1/4"
Question:	Can't find it anywhere. Where is this made
Answer:	Funny you should ask. I had to order this from Amazon 3 times before I got it. Supposedly the first 2 got lost in transit, but a UPS trace never found either of the first 2. Amazon didn’t charge me in the end. If you google 37170 mounting it will show several sources. Price from just over 200 to 250. Excellent product.
Question:	will this work on a 2006 jeep wrangler,with the warn zeon
Answer:	Warn has all of the specifications for the winch plates and bumpers that will fit the Zeon 8000 on their website. Winch mount bolt patterns are pretty standard, but the bumper you have may cause interference and require modification. I have this winch plate mounted to a Fabtech bumper and a Warn M8000 on my 2000 Wrangler with no fitment issues. Before I purchased the plate, I went to the bumper manufacturers website to see what they recommended to mount the winch. You can also call Warn and ask.
