Answer:	The set comes with one Large cooler bag...this is normally large enough for most grocery trips and has a large capacity. Question:	Has anyone had complaints from other shoppers that the poles stick out over the edge of cart making it difficult to pass other shoppers? Thanks
Answer:	No, however I am always concerned when the stores are busy that the poles stick out to far. I then place the bags folded in the cart until I check out.
Question:	Does this slow down the process with cashier at checkout? If I bag my own it will take longer to sort and if cashier then its awkward
Answer:	I shop at Walmart, where the items usually go directly from the scanner into a bag, there's no place for them to put groceries after scanning. HOWEVER, this does NOT slow it down at all. The cashiers simply hand me the item after they scan it & I place it in the bag I want it in. It actually speeds up the process & the cashiers all say they love it when I come through their line! It was a bit awkward at first cause it's a new process but I simply tell them as I'm unloading to give me a moment cause I have my own bags. They don't mind at all :)
Question:	Are these manufactured in the us? i try not to buy goods made in china
Answer:	Hi Gretl, Being a long time resident of California I often feel the same way. When my husband and I started designing the product we looked at multiple manufacturers in the US and Mexico. Unfortunately the prices we receive would have meant that the product would have to retail for $55-$60 instead of $29. After much feedback from friends and test groups, we decided that for the product to be competitive, we had to produce it in asia. What I can ensure you though is that we made multiple trips there to make sure we pick the right factory with fair wages, clean professional working environments and good working conditions. We made sure to go above and beyond on the quality and stitching. The factory advised against such complex stitching but we really wanted a product we could be proud of :)So unfortunately its not fully manufactured in the states but knowing the prices, I can ensure you that none of the competing products would be able to do so either.We hope you get the chance to try out our new bags as quality eco-friendleness was our primary focus when we produced them.Please let me know if any other questions:)-Jen & [email protected]

Answer:	Hello - the classic scent is very clean scent and perfect for everyday laundry. The #10 has a sinister spice scent and more fragrant. We love both scents!

Answer:	You could certainly use this on your yoga pants! It is recommended for use on cotton, linen, and durable synthetic fabrics.
Question:	Are these machine washable
Answer:	Sorry you're having such trouble. This product is no different than regular fabric softener. Use whatever system you have there. Also, have you tried Letgo or Ebay for a new machine? Consumer Reports has written that replacing outdated appliances often pays for itself in saved water and electric efficiency. An old refrigerator, for example, will use twice as much electricity as a new one. You can get great buys with Letgo. Otherwise, try adding the softener to the wash cycle, however it may get washed away during rinsing. You can also manually add the softener during the last rinse but you have to sit there and watch the machine cycle through each stage. I find that two ounces leaves clothes much softer than the one ounce recommended on the bottle. Good luck!
