Question:	Does this fit a 2019 f250 superduty with an 8 ft. Bed
Answer:	They came in the package that I received. Just keep in mind that "16k" is likely an exaggeration as far as weight rating is concerned. I have hauled heavy weight with my trucks for years and have used other brands of similar weight ratings with zero issues. I have had GREAT concerns with this hitch. i.e., pivot bolts have sheared THREE times and have had to be replaced, as well as the spot wielding on the "guide" for the king pin lock has just fallen out during use. I've had to pretty much rebuild this hitch to make it "safe" ad opposed to other brands that I have used for hundreds of thousands of miles without issue. Hope this helps.

If your truck is not heavy duty enough they probably won't. The hitch it's self is strong enough to carry a big trailer.

How to select a 5th wheel hitch: What size is the truck bed?

Your truck bed length will determine the type of mounting platform you’ll need for your 5th wheel hitch: legs or a roller. 5th wheel legs are the standard option for mounting a 5th wheel hitch, but they will only fit in a long-bed truck. For short-bed trucks, extra clearance may be needed when making tight turns. A 5th wheel roller will allow the hitch to roll backward, providing enough clearance between the trailer overhang and the truck cab.

Does the truck have an OEM puck system?

If you own a truck from Chevrolet, Ford, GMC, Nissan or Ram, your truck bed may be equipped with a puck system (pictured). If your truck has a long bed with the puck system, select a CURT 5th wheel hitch with the appropriate OEM puck system legs. If your truck has a short bed with the puck system, select a CURT 5th wheel hitch with the appropriate OEM puck system roller or roller adapter.

Do you prefer permanent base rails?

If your truck does not have the OEM puck system, you will need to install 5th wheel rails. The traditional method for installing base rails is to use vehicle-specific under-bed brackets. First, select the custom under-bed brackets that fit your specific make and model, as well as a set of industry-standard base rails. Next, if you have a long-bed truck, select a 5th wheel hitch with legs. If you have a short-bed truck, select a 5th wheel hitch with a roller. Remember to always abide by the weight capacity of the lowest-rated towing component.

Answer:	This is a standard rail kit and can fit hitches to 25K (Possibly Higher). I have a similar set on my Freightliner FL60 that I tow a 36' 5th wheel and a boat behind that. These should work fine for a 20K hitch with the pin tabs that drop through the plate.

Answer:	The height of the Anderson adapter(red) does not work. The height advertised is not correct, when set to max height it provides slim to no stability.

Answer:	The thread size is METRIC. Just got back from "Fastenal" to get two : M30 - 3.5 nuts, for my Eaz-Lift 48850 Tri-Pod. By the time you screw the ball into the red funnel, you can't used the tightening rod anymore, as the hole for the rod, is too high up in the funnel. BAD DESIGN !! Let me say it another way, BAD DESIGN.............!!!! I put the two nuts at the bottom of the threaded shaft, lock them together, and then use the locked together nuts, to tighten the ball into the funnel. I also used 6"x6" wood post, 10" long , to set the Tri-Pod on, so everything is stable and fits like it should. Have talked with Eaz-Lift. They responded, quote......"We will take your suggestion under advisement"... end quote. What the h..ll does that mean???

Answer:	I put it on my 2005 chevy 2500. I'm very positive it will work for 02 1500hd. Drilling through the frame seemed impossible and not a good idea. I had a welder weld mine to the frame

Answer:	If you know a good welder it will work on any truck. This universal kit is designed to have you drill through the frame. In my opinion use this kit and weld the brackets to the inside or outside of the frame and do not use a lot of the bolts provided. As far as it being a direct bolt on kit, I would say highly doubtful on any make or model. It is "universal"

A trailer hitch receiver is the starting point for most people looking to tow with their vehicle. CURT offers over 1,000 different custom hitch models to provide a perfect, factory-like fit on most vehicles on the road today. Our custom hitches provide a standard hitch receiver to mount a variety of towing accessories.

Vehicle-trailer wiring

The next step in equipping your vehicle for towing is to add a trailer wiring harness. Like our hitches, CURT custom wiring is made vehicle-specific for each make and model. Virtually all of our custom vehicle-trailer wiring harnesses install using existing factory connectors on the vehicle for a plug-and-play connection. No splicing necessary!

Ball mounts

With a custom trailer hitch receiver installed on your vehicle, a variety of ball mount options can be installed as needed. We offer loaded ball mounts with a trailer ball already torqued in place, as well as adjustable ball mounts, multi-ball mounts, tow hooks and more. A ball mount can be secured into the receiver using one of our hitch pins or hitch locks.

Cargo management

To add cargo space to your vehicle, CURT offers a number of cargo management accessories. Our cargo carriers are available in a convenient, use-as-needed hitch-mounted design, as well as a roof rack option. We also offer bike racks, cargo bags, cargo nets and ratchet straps for additional item security.

5th wheel hitches

For heavy-duty towing of an RV or travel trailer with your pickup truck, CURT has a wide array of 5th wheel hitch options. 5th wheel hitches are available in capacities up to 25,000 lbs. and in various series, each with own unique set of features and benefits. To install a 5th wheel hitch in your pickup truck bed, CURT offers traditional 5th wheel rails and brackets, as well as puck system options and gooseneck adapters.

Gooseneck hitches

For towing heavy-duty trailers around the farm or out to the construction site, CURT gooseneck hitches are a highly dependable extension of your truck. We offer puck system gooseneck hitch kits to accommodate trucks with the factory towing prep package. We also offer original-equipment-style gooseneck hitches for select applications, as well as traditional gooseneck hitches and brackets, such as our original Double Lock.

Trailer brake controllers

CURT offers several different electrical trailer brake controller options to perfectly suit your towing setup and lifestyle. Our Echo mobile trailer brake controller is particularly unique, featuring a Bluetooth connection that links to your smartphone and provides highly responsive braking with your Apple or Android device as the interface. It easily plugs in with no tools or extra wires needed. We also offer our factory-like Spectrum and traditional TriFlex.

Adjustable channel mounts

To give your vehicle greater capability for towing a variety of trailers, CURT adjustable trailer hitch ball mounts provide the answer. This versatile ball hitch comes in standard hitch receiver sizes and provides flexible vertical adjustment to ensure level towing, even with large, lifted trucks and SUVs.
