Here's the dimensions anyway:2.150 inches inner diameter.2.180 inches from front to cross shank.1.410 inches thick.The locking pin diameter is 0.625 inches.If it didn't work for other people they were either not installing it correctly, which honestly is pretty damn hard, or were trying to use it in a manner it isn't designed for.

I’m not sure of the depth of the pin ,the trailer gets kept out of state in a storage but the only thing that I’m a little concerned is the key is a very odd key and most every locksmith does not have that key. to buy the key and to cut it would be somewhere around $18 just keep that in mind

Answer:	We and The RV Factory (our customer) have both reached out to LCI with this question. They have not responded whatsoever. I would add, that we believe LCI has no interest in approving the GEN-Y products as we are their competition. The GEN-Y products are tested and certafied to SAE Standards We design the GEN-Y pinbox with the kingpin located to the same specs as the existing pinbox. Our GEN-Y pinbox can be installed in replacement of current Morryde or LCI pinbox and with no added stress to the frame. The GEN-Y pinbox with the torsion-flex technology actually reduces stress on the frame and 5th wheel. As it relates to our 5th wheel-to-goosneck conversion kit, it has the same connection points at the rv and vehicle as the Reese goose box. The Reese goose box is approved by LCI. With that in mind and knowing that our 5th-to-goose conversion absorbs substantially more shock and chucking than the Reese product therefore transferring significantly less road stress to the frame. Answer:	The king pin sits inside the cup that is on top of the tripod. I'm not currently with my RV so I can't measure the height of mine. I actually had to use bricks under mine because the legs are too short. They make extension legs, but I haven't purchased them yet. I do feel better with it in place. There is a small lock that you attach that allows it to be locked to the king pin.
Question:	It is 45 inches to the bottom of the kingpin. Will this work? I can't find where it attaches on the kingpin
Answer:	I have a 35ft fifth wheel and specifically purchased this. It does a great job at stopping the rocking. I had no problems with the height. I have a 2005 Hitchiker. Hope this helps!

Answer:	do you have a trailer with a fifth wheel hitch and a gooseneck ball in your truck? the adapter is to eliminate having to buy a fifth wheel hitch for your truck but will only work if you have a truck already equipped to pull a gooseneck trailer. it does not have anything to do with tag along type trailer hitches.

Answer:	you do it all from the outside. a collar bolts on to the pin and then the body mounts to the collar. you can bolt it to the pin box with the supplied holes if you would like. however it is rated at 20,000 pounds capacity without.
