Answer:	I have a 48” wide rack and looks like that there is plenty of room. You might think of purchasing a wider rack. I think there is a 52” or 54”. My car is a 2015 Jeep Cherokee and 48” works great for me. Good luck.

Answer:	The weight capacity varies on the roof of your car & roof rack. You can insert as much as your able to close it up comfortably.

Answer:	Not ideal, but you probably could as with anything you are strapping to your roof. The attached straps click together to form loops that you could strap through. There are tightening straps that secure the overall load that help as well. We were happy with it and it is waterproof. We would recommend it. A very good value for the price.

Question:	Will the XXL fit on our 2007 Yukon XL Denali. It said on the official website it wouldn’t
Answer:	I'm not the one who asked this question, but I just submitted a similar one. The answer depends on your definition of 'fit'. I talked to Thule on the phone today. They consider it to work as long as it grabs the crossbars, even if it prevents the rear hatchback door from opening. I had an XXL delivered believing it would work, and it doesn't even come close. I talked to Honda, who installed my roof rack last week, and they made it clear that there's only one option for the arrangement of the crossbars that they install. So it will depend on what size you order, and whether or not you need to be able to open the rear door while the carrier is on the car. Thule referred me to a chart where you need to measure from the front crossbar to rear door when it's open. The XXL and the XL are not going to allow the door to open. The L is still undetermined for me, I have not figured out if I should order one or not, the measurement is very close to the max allowable, and the chart doesn't make it clear exactly where you're measuring from.

Answer:	We designed our license plate frame with the drainage holes in the bottom so that moisture doesn't get trapped inside. If you screw it tight, there's no chance water can get between the back side of the license plate frame and the car.

Answer:	Yes we got the large rack, and it extends about 29-30 inches off the wall.

Answer:	It would depend on the width of the kayak I suppose. I hold an 11 ft precision in it with no problem. I will say that the anchor screws are not the best due to the fact you have to use an Allen wrench to turn them. They should be bolts at the least.
Question:	Would this work for a Honda Car top box
Answer:	The brackets screw into the wall and the carrier just rests against the brackets. The brackets do not lock onto the carrier. So I don't think they would work safely on a car and the brackets would damage the car.

Answer:	I have hung a yakima skybox 16 and 18 on this product and it's worked fine. I snapped the included screws, so you will want to buy stronger ones.

Answer:	It will probably take up the entire roof of the 98 Forester. While it will most likely work and be functional, it will not be proportionate in the way most look.

Answer:	It has r jackets and clamps for mounting. But yourr car must have the spanner bars across the top to mount too.

Answer:	If you have factory installed roof rails, measure the width across and the length, this will tell you about what size you need. Be aware of your rear antenna and your sun roof, if you have one. I mounted mine on a 2000 Dodge Grand Caravan wheelchair van with factory installed rails and crossbars. If you don't have rails go to your Nissan dealer and ask them if universal rails can be used on your car.
Question:	Does this rack have rust issues? With normal maintenance and care will this rack stay rust free
Answer:	Yes it has signs of a bit of rust on inside of tubing . Because of the tube construction,the materials used and the way it's assembled water finds its way inside the tubes and you might notice a bit of rust colored water dripping out on to the vehicle. I do not maintain mine in any special way and mine seems fine no change in appearance or signs of wear. Years down the road that could change but at this price it's not to big of an issue. I've had mine for some time and live in the NORTHWEST and I am still very pleased with the rack and feel it's worth the money I paid for what I got. Of course there's aluminum and others with special coatings, construction and design for complete rust free piece of mind but the price will climb. With normal use inside it's capabilities the rack will last. Great rack for what you pay.

Answer:	does the 2007 Odyssey have a roof rack ? the question is does the plastic part above the rear liftgate pose a problem for the Rightline Cargo bag. I recommend calling the Rightline support team for your question.
Question:	Will it fit ford explorer
Answer:	If you use the roof rack you shouldn't have any problems, I have a '12 Odyssey. I was concerned about this as well and cut the foot out of a sock and ran the straps through this to add somethings softer to rub against the vans paint and plastic. Others state that it is not hard or solid, and I agree, you do need to try and fill the cargo bag up as much as possible to help it keep its shape and the straps to work as designed. As far as weight, I had a large cooler and other items in it, and the only problem I had was lifting the full cargo bag up to be able to get the straps adjusted and onto the back of the van properly, minimum 2-3 person job.
Question:	I am moving across the country, trying to fit as much as possible in my small camry, how many suitcases of clothes could this cargo box hold
Answer:	I've done this across country. Worked great. As always I put my lightweight (sheets, pillows..etc) luggage on the roof and heavier(beach chairs, cart...etc) in the rear bag. Mine is supported with additional straps and rear door straps. You gotta just balance your weight well and not overpack the outside your car. If it's real heavy it needs to go inside the vehicle.
Question:	Will it fit Honda CRV
Answer:	We used this on a 2010 Mazda 5 without a roof-rack and it worked great. We had to criss-cross the straps in the back because our Mazda5 has two bumps along the ridge where you're supposed to hang the clips, so we had to place the clips closer together than what is shown in the example pictures. But we figured it out and it worked great on a 20-hour roundtrip drive with a pretty full load in the bag.

Answer:	You should confirm this to the seller. From my experience, I had a Thule AeroBlade 43" Bars, this box fits perfectly on 43" bar with some extra rooms to spare. hope this will help
