Answer:	There are some kind of jagged points (not very clear I know) that would grab onto carpet, but my carpet is very flat so that doesn't really happen. However, the bottom is also waterproof, and between the two things it pretty much immobilizes the thing in the back of my SUV. However, I don't think it would be totally slip-resistent on an RV counter-top. The organizer is pretty heavy though, which would help.
