Answer:	These chargers draw such little power when the phone/device is not plugged into them. I have a couple in my Grand Cherokee that say “on” 24/7. No problem for the battery to run that small amount of current, milliamps when they’re not charging something. Also, it is handy to have the charge port available at all times, so that you don’t have to have the car running or at least “turned on” in order to charge your phone. Don’t worry about these things killing your battery unless you don’t drive for like 2 or 3 weeks at a time. 3 day weekend is still no problem.

Question:	Can I run this in my drop ceiling in the basement
Answer:	This is not in wall or plenum rated! For that you need to have cable in fire retardant insulation (wall) and special upgraded low smoke insulation for plenum space. The ratting need to be imprinted on cable. Anyway for in wall installation do yourself favor and go with 10 (or 12 if 10 is too expensive) gauge wire in proper insulation. You would be able to drive 2-4 ohm speakers at substantial power without problem. And the best part you do not need to use expansive speaker wire cable. Simple Romex 12/2 or 10/2 will do the job better than any audiophile sneak oil cable will do.

Answer:	It seemed to fit in most common speakers, I'd just make sure your using the right gauge for the application. I think there are guides on how many feet and wattage you need to pair with. Im not going to tell you to buy monster cable but what are you trying to accomplish? I'd just get quality wire (which this is) good strippers that you can use. ( even harbor freight sells ok strippers) strip off only as much as you need. Read the manual. It's usually 3/8" for slide connections (10mm). Maybe more for binding post. I'd make sure to twist and make sure there is no frayed ends. Nice and tidy work.

Answer:	It's a marker so you can tell which wire is which on both ends. You can use it however you want according to your application. I always use the marked wire as positive, but so long as you use the same wire on both ends, or throughout for the same purpose you will be fine.

If you are running high wattage over a long (>50ft) run length, the cheaper grade CCA will likely become hotter and not handle it well. This 16ga wire should have the same sonic clarity as a smaller 18ga pure copper wire. You get what you pay for.

Answer:	There is NO fire risk when using this wire for low voltage applications i.e., speaker connections. Most jurisdictions don't care about CL2/CL3 unless you are running 110VAC. This is speaker wire. Don't sweat it!
Question:	what is the difference in watts when it comes to speakers wires
Answer:	The answers here are variably correct and incorrect!! The resistance of the speakers (ohms) needs to match the impedance the amplifier circuit is rated to handle. Too small a wire (length is a variable) will induce a resistance that the amplifier will face, like a speaker, and this will alter the "balance" of the intended match!!!! Pushing speakers rated at 500 watts under a constant load of 250 watts will induce heat "resistance" if the line between the amp and the speaker is very small and sound quality will be compromised!!!! Up to 100 feet of lead at a constant load of 500 watts would ideally be handled using 10 gauge copper, braided wire facing from 4 ohms to 16 ohms. Bottom line: Discriminating "audiophiles" popularly tout the use of 12 gauge braided lead for almost all in-home installations ... this allows for component upgrades in the future! As said here, 16 gauge braided lead, in most installations, will produce results that are completely acceptable in matching power and impedance and results!!!

Question:	Will these improve the sound quality over the stock RCA cables
Answer:	Hi I'm using them on Def Techs with normal spikes and they work great. My speakers are probably at least that weight or more so it should work and they were pretty inexpensive too.
