Answer:	I used to buy it at Nordstrom's but found ordering it on line to be more convenient. I've used it on leather and suede footwear, a Coach bag and all other leather I felt needed protection. It's been my favorite for years. I'd check with Nordy's to see if they still carry it and recommend it I guess ... but it's all I use.

Answer:	If you are talking about Saddleback leather products, I own two for just over a year now: a wallet and a briefcase. Their products come in four colors: tobacco, chestnut, dark coffee brown and carbon. My products are in chestnut (tobacco is lighter, the others are darker) and they have not darkened in the last year.

Answer:	What I’ve done with my quality shoes and boots is this. I washed with a mild dishwashing detergent and cleaning all the stitching as well. With a non damaging nylon brush. I used saddle soap liberally each section of the shoe/boot and startling cleaning it with saddle soap and adding more if I needed it. Cleaned all of my boots this way. Rinse it off make sure that you get everything off. Wipe down the whole piece with a clean cotton rag and to absorb moisture and water from rinsing it(so important) then let it air dry until that you’re comfortable massaging Chamberlains no1 you’ll see the colors and shapes coming back.let dry from a few hours to days. Be patient cause this stuff does work awesome. With no gloves... feel your leather ... it will tell ya what it needs by feeling of it.

Answer:	This product only works on leather. I haven't experienced any dis coloring but it's best to test a small unseen patch first. Patent leather is like plastic, it can be cleaned with water on a rag. but once it has color transfer on it nothing can be done. Denim transfer can be removed with this product on leather not sure to what extent though. It may take aloe of rubbing if it's pretty bad.

The question is concerning pronation, one of the most important factors in choosing a comfortable, appropriate-for-your-body shoe! I am horrified that this information continues to not be a standard detail in the product description. If you don't know how/if you pronate, go to a store, a chiropractor, a witch doctor or whatever and find out. To answer the question, I am certain that YES, these are a neutral runner just like the Cohesion 9 (one of the best selling shoes because of the price point and quality). I personally prefer the Saucony Rides but I have owned a pair of the Cohesion 9s since 2015 and they have worn quite well. I am always asking this same question so I hope this helps!

Question:	Has anyone used this on nuluxe material?? Not a real leather but used in some Lexus vehicles
Answer:	Lexol should treat nuluxe just fine. It can treat vinyl with no problem, so I personally do not think there will be a problem with nuluxe. One thing I do know, is that the Lexol will make your nuluxe smell like it's expensive leather. If not, you've only wasted $10-12.00. No big deal. But personally, I think you'll be happy.

Answer:	Not sure what you mean by "help." I've not used this product on cracked leather, but I have used a leather conditioner on boots that show some cracks. The cracks won't go away, but they won't get worse because the conditioner moisturizes the leather.

Question:	Does this remove dried grease stains on white leather sofa
Answer:	I think it would remove the grease stain because I had a greasy stain on the headrest of my car with leather upholstery and this was the only leather product that removed it. I tried several others before this. First you use the spray on a rag to rub the stain out, then you condition with the liquid. I did have to rub somewhat hard but I was careful not to damage the leather in the process.

Question:	Can I use this product to remove ink pen
Answer:	It all depends on how long the ink has been on the leather. The sooner you work to remove the ink the easier it is to come off. Some customers have had great luck removing ink stains in the first try. Other customers have needed to leave the leather cleaner for longer or use 2 or 3 times to remove ink. And there are a few who have not been able to remove the ink stain at all. Ink will permanently stain leather (cowhide) just like tattoo ink on human skin. Question:	Can this be used on car leather with the tiny holes in it
Answer:	Not sure what you mean by tiny holes, but assuming you mean leather with micro grain grooves, you definitely should use this cleaner with micro fiber (terry like) cloths. A little extra muscle to work it into the leather and it works a lot better at cleaning dirt. Built in dirt tends to be harder to remove and might require multiple applications in my opinion.
Question:	Will this protect my leather sofa from sun damage? how often should i use it, i've heard monthly and i've also heard every 6 months to 1 year
Answer:	Nancy, our Leather Cleaner & Conditioner does not contain any UV protectors. If your leather sofa is in direct sunlight, I suggest using our Interior Defense after applying our leather cleaner. Many customers buy the products together on Amazon. Interior Defense contains very fine Carnauba wax particles that provide maximum UV protection on leather in cars and would certainly work to do the same on your leather sofa in your home. Question:	can this get rid of dye transfer
Answer:	Many customers have had great success removing blue-Jean dye from their leather items. However, dye transfers can become permanent (like a tattoo) when left on leather for long periods. It may take several applications with our product, and I would suggest leaving the leather cleaner on the dye stains for an hour or so to give the cleaner time to work on the stains. 3. Squeeze a small amount on clean microfiber cloth.
4. Gently rub the microfiber cloth on the seat covers in a circular motion. For extremely dirty spots, do a gentle deep cleaning with a soft brush.

Question:	Would this work well on softening a stiff (new) western style gun belt
Answer:	Hello, yes this can be used on any leather boots. The leather will darken from the oils/waxes in the product. Brush clean prior to applying and apply liberally. A little bit of heat from a hair dryer or heat gun will help absorb into the leather. Buff off excess. If surface is sticky after applying, keep buffing as this is excess conditioner on the surface.
Question:	Is this food for leather furniture
Answer:	Not scented. Smells like good wax and oil. I knew Ray Holes and have used this product for over 40 years. I have revived saddles that others told me were not fixable. It is the best.
Question:	Can i clean white leather
Answer:	This works well for restoring dried out leather and cleaning up dirt on the surfaces. As with most cleaners/conditioners, it may darken the leather considerably. Use a wax applicator pad to put saddle butter on and wipe off excess. If surface is sticky to touch, continue buffing off excess material.

Clean

First, make sure your leather is clean. We recommend using Bickmore Saddle Soap for general cleaning or Bick 1 for tougher stains. Always test cleaners on a small, hidden area before use.

Apply

Once clean, apply Bick 4 Leather Conditioner directly with your hands or with a soft cloth. Gently work the conditioner into the leather. Do NOT use on suede, roughout, distressed, or napped leathers.

Dry

Answer:	I don’t see why not. I use it on my dark red recliner. Where my head goes, it gets messy in the heat. I love the leather cleaner, it gets all the grease and dirt off. I also use it in the car. PS I am not a dirty person, but hair spray does get upholstery dirty!!!
