It will remove heavy body oils and grime and any other coatings of conditioner or protectant to the leather. Once clean, apply a coat of the leather conditioner to fully condition the freshly cleaned leather to allow the conditioner to deeply penetrate the leather to restore it if its old, rough, or dry.
