Answer:	Did little to nothing on my concrete. I have unsealed concrete that has lots of vehicle traffic. A good high pressure washer did a same results as this product with same pressure washer. Does not do much at all.

Pull it out works by emulsifying the stain and drawing it into ‘solution’ a test spot verifies if the stain is being emulsified or if pre-treatment is needed.

Pour On

Apply pull it out concrete oil stain remover to the entire stained area. Exceed the stained area by approximately one half inch.

Let Dry

1) Depending on temperature and humidity , pull it out concrete oil stain remover will completely dry in a couple hours or up to a full day. Once dry , it will appear chalky white. If there are still translucent areas, the product needs more drying time.

Brush Away

1) After completely drying, the treated area can be brushed away with a stiff brush. A wire brush is most times the best option. Vigorously brush the dried, treated area. Sweep up the remaining cleaned area. Any white residue will fade over time.

Question:	will this stuff work on clothes in the washer
Answer:	This product works best on organic soils, and red clay is a mineral stain. It won't harm the stone, but I recommend using it stronger than label instructions. Using a pump-up, garden-style sprayer, mix Oxysolve 50/50 with water. Apply to a section of the stone and scrub with a non-metallic deck brush. Rinse before the cleaning solution has a chance to dry, or it will be more difficult to remove. IF the stain is lightened, but not completely gone, reapply the same way.
Question:	Anyone tried this on sealed asphalt oil stains
Answer:	Thanks for the question... If your walls are concrete or block/brick or some other typical exterior wall surface, you can use the Concrete and Driveway, or the Total Outdoor versions of Oxy Solve. For soot, I would recommend making the dilution for manual application stronger than what is on the label. Please try 1-part-Oxy Solve to 10-parts-water. Apply to the surface in sections so that you can rinse before the product has a chance to dry. Apply, let sit for 3-5 minutes, scrub, and rinse at highest pressure - or apply, let sit for 3-5 minutes, and pressure wash to rinse at highest pressure. If you can apply the solution with a pump-up, garden-type of sprayer and then pressure wash at high pressure to rinse, you'll be able to cover a larger area than if you use the pressure washer chemical application setting to apply the product (which sucks down product very quickly.) I hope this information helps and that Simple Green Oxy Solve does a great job on the soot and grime you are dealing with. Thanks!

Answer:	Wish I could tell you. It cleans great but you need to rinse it to tell. Without rinsing, in my opinion, is a waste of your time as the mess is still there.

Answer:	I don’t recall soaking. All I did was use water hose to rinse off the product. Stain. All gone. Love this stuff. It really works!

Question:	can use it on home french fryers
Answer:	I have not used it specifically on french fryers, but have used it with success on other pots that have baked on grease. It works pretty well, but requires some scrubbing. Depending on the appliance, I use stainless steel scouring pads, scotchbrite, and stiff brushes to get into corners. It is mildly caustic so be careful to wear long sleeves and disposable nitrile gloves to protect your skin and use in a ventilated area (use a small desk fan to blow across the work area, and use a mask if possible). It is important to rinse thoroughly afterwards. I wash with ordinary dish detergent, followed by clear hot water.

Answer:	Not sure, I think of this product more for external situations...garage floors, etc, rather than food surfaces...I know it says bbq grills, but I think that would be more for the outside rather than the grill itself. I used it to remove grease from the driveway and it worked really well for that.

Answer:	Dear Bob,Thank you for your interest in EXIMO® and for the question. Yes, EXIMO does work on asphalt. Although it was created specifically to remove oil stains from concrete, we know that customers have also used EXIMO effectively on asphalt. The bioremediation process is the same. Microbes eat the hydrocarbons and turn them into harmless gases and water. A couple of things to remember:1. Bioremediation is a time driven solution, we recommend light applications at least weekly, especially if the problem stain is in a high traffic area.2. Follow the application instructions included on the packaging and do a STOMP test. After applying, stomp your foot over the area...if dust poofs up, you've probably used too much. Spread it out more.3. Since EXIMO was made for concrete, it's color is closer to that of concrete, not asphalt. Answer:	Hello Josh, this product is mainly designed to remove oily soils, like olive oil spills and like products. Unfortunately this product is not designed to remove coffee stains.

Answer:	I would say yes because that if the granite has absorbed a stain after it has been sealed, then the sealer must be failing. The granite must have been sealed a long time ago or the sealer used must not be any good. The stonetech won't work on the stain if you got the stain, and then sealed the granite. This will protect the granite and the stain.
Question:	will this product work on counters that have been stained for a few years
Answer:	I don't know, but it worked on a very large oil stain I had that Nothing else would work on. I would certainly give it a try.

Question:	will this remove permanent red marker stain
Answer:	What is the marker stain on specifically? Is it granite, concrete? Is the stone sealed is the most important question. If it's sealed it is highly likely to work. Can you give me more specifics. How long has the marker stain been n the stone. Is the stone indoors or outside? Is it in a place wear there is a lot of heat or exposed to the elements? I may have some other options if I get more information.
Question:	How long does this have to stay on
Answer:	The instructions say 3 days. It dries and cracks like parched earth and then you can brush it off. Be aware that even after removing the product the stone will still show a mark where the product was and that takes more time to dry off and lighten up. Whatever is in it penetrates the stone and has to dry later after brushing off the dried-out product. Hopefully at the end your counter top will look as good as new....or almost. Mine took two applications and a month to really dry but then the stain was gone...at least good enough to be worth it. Good luck.

Answer:	As I remember it was fairly sticky and dried quickly. Like a paste. We used on a flat surface and took an oil stain out of granite. Good LuckIt has been a while since I used it.

Answer:	This oil does a great job cleaning away eye makeup. Idk who said to avoid eye area bc I haven't got burned or irritated in the eyes by this oil yet. I love this cleansing oil way much better than the Palmer's oil that I was using before.

Answer:	I have been using this product for several weeks now, and I also have dry skin. It works well at keeping your skin moisturized, much better than Proactive or any harsher daily face wash. I use a macadamia oil on my face after I wash, however. I have noticed that my blackheads have become considerably diminished as a result of using this product. I highly recommend it! Additionally, if you start with the $1 sample, you don't have anything to lose if you don't like it. I suggest you try this route first before investing in the larger, more expensive bottle. This way, you can find out for yourself.
Question:	For those of you who already use this product, do you also use a foaming cleanser after the oil? I've never used an oil as my sole cleanser
Answer:	I have used this oil for some time and it washes off immediately very well. However, for me, I find that gently massaging the oil into the skin for about a minute and then removing it and the eye makeup with a tissue before rinsing helps. I then follow up with another minute of gentle massage with a foaming charcoal soap and then I am confident that my skin has no makeup residue. I am a big fan of this cleansing oil.

Question:	Is this the same as chomp pull it out oil & stain remover or what is the difference? which is better for removing oil stains on concrete or pavers
Answer:	I originally bought this because I thought it was the same -- and I had a big oil stain! It is not the same. However it is a great pre-treatment and may even remove enough oil to satisfy. The other stuff is a thick, chalky liquid that you pour on and wait for it to dry. Then you sweep it off. It really gets the stain out!
Question:	Can this product be used to prep services for paint? After you white the product onto the surface for paint, do you wipe it off immediately afterward
Answer:	I wouldn't use this for surface prep. It is a great cleaner but I would rinse any cleaner off paint thoroughly. I use a liquid sander for prep dependent on the original paint, such as enamels.

Answer:	It's a cleaner, degreaser, odor remover. for cleaning, apply to a paper towel or cloth, wipe the surface.
