As a rule I don't do well with fragrances, however I've found that basic essential oil scents are ok. This has Lemongrass already in it and I've added grapefruit essential oil to it, my experience has been with no adverse reactions. This is just what I do, not suggesting what would or wouldn't work for anyone else or be healthy. I'm not a scientist or chemist so don't do this on my say so.

Answer:	I don't honestly know, since I didn't use it for that. I was interested in something for really dry, cracked feet and it worked beautifully for that. There is a noticeable difference immediately, but the effects are cumulative so best results are obtained by regular use.

Answer:	Once a day, and results in 2 days! Yippee!!!! I had an extremely itchy rash and little pimples all over from staying in sweaty gym clothes too long, which lasted 5 months!! We live in an area that is very hot in the summer and this is safe for all body parts, and my whole family uses it.
