Answer:	Our boy was 9 lbs, 20 inches at birth. These were too small for swaddling.

Answer:	coming from someone who built a flashing LED leash for my dog. Its a definite no. This thread is strictly for sewing material, and not a nylon dog collar. If I need a collar repaired I take my to a shoe repair store locally. The shoe repair has a heavy duty sewing machine made to sew things like a nylon dog harness. It is a nice kit. Answer:	I do not know the thread count. It is made in China. It is a very nice fabric. I use mine for patchwork mini-quilts & collars for doll clothes. I always pre-wash so there will be no shrinkage of completed project!! There was very little shrinkage of this fabric. I am happy with it. Hope this helps.
