The Dritz Twin-Fit dress forms provide the seamstress with a body twin that matches their body size and assists with the fitting, construction, and alterations of garments. The cover is a light silver gray with a polyester fabric with foam backing for easy pinning. This form features auto-set dials at the bust, waist, and hips. Dials are adjusted by squeezing the center of the dial and turning to ½” adjustment increments. The petite size also includes 2 soft-grip rolling wheels as the bust sides. The neck size is adjustable and can increase in size by using the decorative, wood final on the neck cap. A pin cushion is located on the neck providing a storage area and easy access to your pins while using the form. Manual adjustments can be made to the form to increase the back waist length. A knob located inside the form assists with this adjustment. The form features a center pole placement for fitting and hanging tops, blouses, shirts, jackets, coats, skirts, and dresses. The pole includes measurements that can be used with the 360° pin hem marker to create accurate, even hems. An expandable pole allows for the customization of the form height allowing you to match your shoulder to floor length measurement. The sturdy tripod base features metal legs with floor caps to protect your floor. The legs can be collapsed for convenient storage of the form. How To Choose A Dress Form

Dritz dress forms are adjustable so you can personalize the form to match your own measurements. We have three different styles of dress forms for women, one form for a man and one for a young child (male or female). Each has different shapes and features.

Take Your Body Measurements

1. Measure bust over the fullest part.
2. Measure your natural waist – the area where your waistband most comfortably sits.
3. Take your hip measurement 7”-9” below the waistline. This should be the widest part of your hip area.
4. Have your friend measure your back waist length from neck to natural waist.
5. Measure from your waist to the floor. Add this to the back waist length to find the height from neck to floor.
6. Measure from the shoulder to the center of the bust (women).
7. Measure around the base of your neck.
8. Measure the shoulder across the back from side to side.

Answer:	I don't know about the Singer...but I really like my Dritz My Double. I used a sloper and made it an exact body double with padding. It is stable dressform which I really like.

You may not need all of the measurements to start, but the more you have, the more correct your form will be.

Fine Tuning Your Dressform

Our dressform's have been designed to accommodate as many varied adjustment needs as possible. However there will be occasions when the form has been adjusted, but it still requires reshaping. We all have differently shaped bodies. For example, a 36” bust measurement is different on everyone – some have a full cup size while others have a broad back that contributes to the total measurement.
