Answer:	The directions say to write on the labels with ballpoint pen or laundry marker. I used a black ballpoint pen which is easier to use than a marker. I have washed the clothing with labels several times now. The labels adhere to the clothing tags well and the pen writing is unaffected. I don't think ink from a printer would work well.
Question:	If you use sharpie or marker, does it bleed into the clothes the wash

Answer:	Probably. I put them on the bottom of our reusable water bottles & they stayed on through hand washing.

It is designed to work with a Laser printer but we need to do more work to make it foolproof & right size etc.. & we are honestly not there yet. . Answer:	The instructions say that, for items that will go through the washing machine it should be placed on an existing brand or care tag. For tag-less clothing items that will be washed in the washing machine you can place it on the imprinted tagless area, but this may not be as permanent as an actual tag. For any other clothing items it can be placed any ware even directly on the fabric.

Question:	Has anyone tried using these on socks being laundered by a nursing home
Answer:	Yes. I recently purchased 15 pair of hospital slipper socks and ironed a label on each sock. HINT: Use a clean, white linen cloth as a pressing cloth and position it over the label, using a fairly hot iron. This will keep the iron from melting the acrylic fabric. They've been laundered several times now and not one has come off. Great Product.

Question:	Are these labels pre-cut, or do you have to cut them yourself before ironing them on
Answer:	The fabric labels that I ordered were printed and there were perforations around each rectangular label. I could have torn them at the perforations, but chose to cut them. These are amazing labels. Not ONE has let loose. I used a high iron heat setting, but also placed an old cotton dish towel over the label and garment to avoid any high heat damage to the item.

Answer:	The labels are small and thin. I used fine tip permanent marker to write my name and attached it on the back of the tags with washing instructions. Even after several washes the labels are in perfect condition.
