Question:	What is the largest size letter you can do
Answer:	I work with an older model Singer which is a low shank machine and this foot works just fine. This foot doesn't snap on, but if you remove the entire foot assembly this foot then attaches with no problem and does a terrific job.

Answer:	The Singer Stippling & Darning & Freehand Embroidery All-Metal Presser Foot is for Low-Shank Sewing Machines and the Singer model 4530 is a vertical Low Shank sewing machine; therefore should be compatible. We always recommend when using any presser foot for the first time, you do this simple test before sewing. 1)-Attach the presser foot 2)-Lower the presser foot 3)-Hand turn the hand wheel at least 4-6 times to make sure the needle is clearing the presser foot correctly

Question:	What software do I need in order to create my own designs
Answer:	Not sure. But I believe they are selling the sewing machine, under the reviews of some type of beads. Because that way it appears to have good reviews. Until you read the reviews and realize they are not for this product. This product is poorly made and doesnt work for even the simplest of projects. I do not recommend this sewing machine.
Question:	Is there a compatible endless hoop for this machine
Answer:	I'm not having that problem, at least not so far.
Question:	Is there a video that comes with the machine on how to set it up and how to use the embroidery feature
Answer:	I was asked to answer this by Amazon, but I have never purchased this machine. So my best guess is they switched products to give this better reviews. Seems shady to me.
Question:	Can the sewing feature of this machine be used to sew leather and other thick materials
Answer:	Because it doesnt work. Because it is junk. I returned mine. Nothing I did could make it work.

Answer:	No, I was confused when I recieved the machine, and I contacted with the owner. It comes with a canvas every machines, thats for them to test the machine if it is working. They are all brand-new, you dont need to worry about this.

Answer:	Yes, even for a novice like me, after reading the manual precisely, and try to sew couples of times, I can easily handle it by myself now. However, you need to be patient if you are a freshman, do it slowly, and dont rush it hard.

Answer:	I also was curious, and went to the website. It definitely states that it works with Windows 10. Great program. I have Embrilliance Essentials, Enthusiast, AlphaTricks and Thumbnailer. Love them all. If you don't already have any of them, I suggest you look into them. It's amazing what you can do with your existing designs. Because Embrilliance programs are very user-friendly (and affordable!), I now have my sights on StitchArtist 2.....
Question:	Does the PE800 have the ability to reverse and redo or go back over stitches in case the thread breaks
Answer:	You will be using the File Explorer that is actually on your computer. This does not use an internet browser because you are looking only at files that actually reside on your computer's hard drives. Look for the Folder icon or press the Windows key + E and File explorer will open. That is what the Thumbnailer uses. Hope that helps.

Answer:	Since designs are not stored on the software, so there is no limitations that I can see. This software allows me to see my thousands of embroidery designs in small to large icons. It works very, very well for me at a very reasonable price.
Question:	Can this machine embrodier on leather
Answer:	No. It's a software to view your designs as a thumbnail when opening a folder on your PC. So instead of just seeing the name of the file you see the actual design as an icon in your folder. It's bern a lifesaver for me because you don't have to open the design to see what it is.

Question:	Is there more than just Disney designs on it
Answer:	I am sure that they fit the Viking. The needles are made by Organ and are the same needles that I purchase at the shop where I bought my machine. It is the only brand they sell and considered by the owner and staff, at least, to be the best all-around needles for machine embroidery. I had this same kit delivered right before I got my machine. Everything in it is high quality and was a wonderful way to start out with the essentials. The threads have a gorgeous sheen to them, the stabilizers are on the same level as what I buy at the shop. You can't go wrong.
Question:	What is the bonus material for this item
Answer:	It depends on the design sizes. As a rule off thumb you should never shrink or grow a design more than 20 percent. Therefore, use the design that is closest to the size you want. Remember also, that even though you have a 4 x 4 hoop Your Design needs to be smaller than 4 by 4 because the embroidery foot needs to be able to get near the edge that can't do the entire 4 by 4 Square because of the frame. Question:	Does it have a foot controller
Answer:	This kit will work with any machine. I have a Brother and purchased this to start me out. The stabilizer assortment is great. The threads are amazing and have wonderful sheen. The CD gave me some good instruction. You really don’t need the designs because designs are so readily available, but I have used several. For me it was well worth the price.
Question:	On the second day the needle threader stopped working! I checked and rechecked everything multiple multiple times, but can’t fix it! Why
Answer:	Some threads work better in some machines & others they don't work as well. Someone that has a brother innovis 990d could best answer this question. It works well on a brother 700 series & great on a Elna expressive 830.

My main problem was that most embroidered fabric requires not only the right kind of stabilizer under the fabric but also a “topper.” The instructions do not explain this well. I took a class at a local quilting shop and now I am embroidering quite well.
Question:	What warranty is offered and does it have a uk plug
Answer:	I probably would not unless it was a thin piece. That type of material is better left to a specific machine built for that. I would hate to think I burned up the motor on my 1,000 embroidery machine trying to sew a straight stitch in a leather piece.

Question:	use as a sewing machine
Answer:	I know this is an old question and some of my answers are repeats, but if you are still using this machine and haven't come up with an answer maybe one of the following solutions from my own experience will help you. I love this machine and therefore completed an extensive search for answers to my questions which included: Brother Support (not that helpful), studying the manual carefully & repeatedly, asking sew 'n' vac store employees and lots of Google searches. Here, in no particular order, are advice/solutions that solved my gathering/bunching issue and many other issues. 1. PROPER UPPER THREADING: Regarding threading, let me advise that the thread will jump out of the correct lineup at times so if your stitch changes in a bad way, check that first. Also, I had to use a clip over a piece of foam on the last guide before the needle guide because it popped out constantly, regardless of checking, rechecking and having others check my threading. 2. PROPER BOBBIN THREADING: I am forgetful so actually check the manual each time I thread a bobbin. Improper bobbin threading will really mess you up. 3. CORRECT NEEDLE SIZE & TYPE for specific fabric--VERY IMPORTANT!! Some of this is trial and error. Not all needle/thread guidelines I found applied to my situation. I tried Schmetz--130/705, HaX1 of 15x1--the Brother manual states this as an alternative, but Organ HLX5 (not sold locally) is best. DO NOT use the Schmetz "UNIVERSAL" needles if you are working with a fabric that specifically requires sharp or ball point. The Universal has a slight ball point--not sharp not full ball point. Learned that the hard way. 4. CORRECT THREAD FOR SIZE OF NEEDLE, TYPE OF FABRIC AND EXPECTED END RESULT. (superiorthreads.com is an awesome resource for this and many other sewing, quilting, embroidery questions. They have tons of educational articles and you can email them and receive friendly, personalized assistance for your particular situation. This is not a conflict of interest because Superior does not sell sewing machines and the articles and email support are available even if you don't purchase Amazon does sell a very few Superior products but not many.) Before Superior, I had no idea how many variables were involved in sewing and learned more about thread than I ever wanted to know, but need to know. 5. TENSION--BOTH UPPER TENSION AND BOBBIN TENSION. This is the first machine I have owned that both could be adjusted. Check manual for what correct tension should look like and how to adjust (admittedly the manual is not extremely clear). Bobbin tension is tightened or loosened by a screw at the bottom of bobbin case, and upper thread tension is adjusted by the small knob on the left side midway down. This knob has numbers, but they are essentially useless (even Brother agrees). They are there just to show the concept of righty tighty, lefty loosey--again, trial and error. 6. The LARGE DIAL TO THE RIGHT adjusts the stitch length, NOT the Tension. 7. Always keep the top thread guide pulled to maximum height, and make sure thread is coming out from the correct direction. Thread stands can also help although I have not tried one. Amazon sells these, several kinds. 8. If you use cone spools or slippery thread, you can purchase netting that will keep it from sliding and bunching at the bottom. 9. I have not yet figured out the best setting for the FEED DOG in various situations, but I do adjust it often if feeding seems difficult so far staying mostly within the light green area. Bottom line, your problem could be caused by any, all or some of the above factors. Good luck if anyone finds this answer useful. I can add photos, I think, if needed. Pretty sure this is the longest question answer I have ever written so I am not going to re-read, sorry for any typos or excess rambling.

Answer:	Throat space is the area to the right of the needle when seated at the machine. It is the open area between the needle and the vertical side of the machine that determines how much fabric might fit comfortably within that space when sewing on your project.

Answer:	Yes, there are many feet, including a walking foot. If you want a 1/4 foot with an "edge" on it, you would have to purchase one from the sewing outlet.com ($15.99). I like to sew with the edged 1/4 inch foot. Otherwise, there are many presser feet, including the free motion foot. You can drop the feed dogs to free motion. This is a great quilting machine and has excellent "pin feed," which moves the fabric through like butter. First time threading took longer for me, but after that it was free sailing.If you want to make quilts faster like I do, this is a great machine. I used to quilt with my Bernina, but I like the Brother better. It is more affordable and well made. You should also know that if you use thicker threads (I always use 100% cotton from ConnectingThreads.com), that you will need an 80/12 needle instead of the smaller ones due to the way the machine's tension is set up. Question:	Where does the auxiliary spool pin fit? On the bobbin winder? There's no hole on the top of the housing
Answer:	The location of the Auxiliary spool pin hole, on the Singer Simple model 3232 sewing machine, is indicated in the instruction manual on page 4, number 16. There is a filler cap in this hole that you will need to remove in order to insert the Auxiliary spool pin. The filler cap appears to be just a small round circle. You will see a small hole in the filler cap where you insert a straight pin to pop it out of the machine.
