Question:	Where is this product made
Answer:	It will work but it plays havoc with the blade if using it on multiple layers, however the cut is quite nice
Question:	I've seen lots of "cut and press" boards that look like this cutting board. Can I iron fabric on this board as well
Answer:	I don't believe there is a warranty. The Olfa is made of plastic and seems durable. I researched Olfa before I bought it and it is supposed to be the most comfortable, durable and long lasting. More so than Fiscars. I would buy it again.
Question:	does any one know if this can be used by lefties
Answer:	I have never tried to cut leather but I can cut through many layers of fabric at one time. The blade is very, very sharp. In fact I bought this product because it automatically retracts when finished cutting. Blades are so sharp that just a touch results in a cut finger.
Question:	I do not do any fabric crafts, but could this set be used easily for precision paper cutting
Answer:	Go with the 60mm. Better to have more and never need it, than buy less and need the upgrade. We needed to cut a carpet with a 2 in pile. I bought the 45mm, and it did work, but was very difficult, took longer, and I was wishing I had bought the 60mm the entire time!

Answer:	Manual. Has button to push to release blade for cutting and another to bring it back to safety position.

Answer:	yes, if you have a ruler to guide you and to hold it down so you can get through. Batting is not hard to cut. I do think that it dulls your blade some.

Answer:	There are curved..wavy blades but not exactly pinking shears
Question:	Would you recommend the 45mm or the 60 mm? I'm wanting to sew pillows, aprons, curtains, dog pads, and slipcovers
Answer:	Yes, it can cut carpet, but the blades won't last very long. And, you'd probably be better using the 65mm style and blades. Still, there are probably better options for carpet.

Question:	Is the product you bought damaged
Answer:	No they aren’t, but I thought that when I first used it also. Make sure you read all the writing on the ruler. Put the dashed line on your seam line, not the bottom of the fabric. Hope that makes sense.
Question:	Does this ruler have grips to prevent slipping
Answer:	This ruler makes perfect half-square triangles without dog ears. It is a 45 degree angle (Narrow edge) or a 90 degree angle (bottom edge). The advantage I liked best was the ability to to vertical or horizontal stripes consistently. The only disadvantage I saw was a bias edge, but that was not a problem in the overall quilt, as the next element of the block was a straight grain fabric.
Question:	Are these only for quilting mostly? Any other sewing uses? I dont quilt and just began sewing
Answer:	I don't see why not. However, I don't think the A or B trimmer would be helpful in the second trim down from 2 to 1 3/4. You would have to use a regular square ruler to make the second trim for precise 3/4 inch squares. The A and B trimmers are designed for full inch and half inch squares. There are new trimmers - C and D - that are designed for 1/4 inch and 3/4 inch squares that should fit your need better and do it in one step. The D trimmer is for 3/4 inch and Amazon has it.
Question:	Other than quilting, What do people use this product for
Answer:	Hi Penny, there are two in a pack because they are for different sizes of blocks. The one trimmer does half sizes (1.5"-6.5") and the other one does whole number sizes(2"-6"). I use mine all the time for squaring up half square triangles blocks.They make it easy and very accurate! I think there might be a YouTube video of someone demonstrating how to use them.

Question:	How do I remove the "shield" to replace the blade
Answer:	Dear customer, you can stick the little white rubber circles on the back of the acrylic ruler. This way, the acrylic ruler stays in position very well while you cut the fabric. You may put the little rubber circles close to the corners and in the middle of the ruler. Hope that helps.
Question:	Does this rotary cutter only have 45mm Rotary
Answer:	Please do not iron on the cutting board. It will damage it.

Question:	Does this perforate cardboard
Answer:	There's a screw in the center of the blade looks like a great big button it unscrews and you can replace it take the seal off and replace the blade I wouldn't recommend using it without the shield

Answer:	The first blade replacement can be a little tricky, I had to kind of force it out, little elbow grease and a screwdriver I believe is what I used. Just gently tap it out, after the first time, it will work easier.

Answer:	I'm so sorry, but I haven't heard of that fabric? I use it for cotton and quilting and the Rotary Cutter is extremely sharp. It does fit well in the hand. Sorry I can't better answer your question.

Answer:	Hi Customer,thank you for your inquiry. Yes, this cutter can cut the cardboard.
Question:	Where are these blades made? I know they are Japanese steel, but what country makes the whole product
Answer:	I do not have any issues with locking. In fact I was able to to cut fabric using the cutter in a forward as well as a backward motion. The was no locking issue. You may want to check with the seller.
Question:	How long will each blade last
Answer:	The white part at the bottom of the handle opens and retracts the blade. So yes. When you hold it the blade is out. Set it down the blade retracts. There's a button to lock it open. The button does tend to stick in the locked position. It can be unlocked fairly easily just not as easily as one would expect.
Question:	How long do these rotary blades cutter normally last
Answer:	When you put two blades in at the same time. There may be a hairs width between them. You would have to put something between the two blades to give you what u want. Not sure if the screw would be wide enough for what she wants.

Answer:	There is a protected plate inside the blade there is a small lever at the bottom when you release this lever the blade stays open .. when your done cutting close the lever and it locks again..

Answer:	No, there are 8 blades total, 6 straight & 2 specialty (wavy & skip). One straight blade is installed on the cutter handle and the remaining 7 are in a plastic case that has a snap closure to keep the case closed and prevent the blades from falling out.

Answer:	I haven’t tried it tried, but I would guess yes. Just use some extra pressue if you’re cutting thick felt or multiple layers at once.
