Answer:	Hello Joe, This is a floor standing model and I have used it many times with no problems. Though it works excellent, when I received my press it was missing one of the support beams that runs horizontal to the floor. When I contacted the seller--and left voice messages on numerous occasions--the representative never replied. Luckily, I was able to fabricate my own support beam (made two so they would match). I believe the missing part was a fluke on the production line...but be forewarned that in my experience customer service does not exist if you so happen to have an issue.

You'd think that the seller of this item (or ANY item for that matter) WOULD put an accurate picture of an item, so the customer at least has an idea of what they're getting....... NOT! All they care about is making money! By the way, this is a bench top press. not a stand alone.

Answer:	Don't waste your money on this press. I ordered and received mine and I can't recommend this product. The boxes it arrived in were smashed and ripped and I had multiple pieces missing. When I contacted the company about getting the parts they suggested I try to find replacement parts locally because it would be difficult for them to get them to me since they don't have a warehouse in the US. Eventually I gave up on getting the parts and accepted the discount they offered instead of my parts. Just in case I haven't talked you out of this purchase the distance between the rails is about 20".

Question:	What psi does the pressure gauge read to? Does it hold at that pressure
Answer:	The pressure gauge reads kg/cm2 (internal oil pressure) and the corresponding force in tons. Internal pressure PSI can be converted from kg/cm2 value read on the gauge, just multiply by 14.2. At 10 tons of force, corresponding internal pressure on the gauge reading is 620kg/cm2, it holds there fine. If my calculation is correct the internal ram piston diameter seems to be 1.70 inch, from conversion of the gauge's kg/cm2 to tons values. The diameter of the supplied spare seal also measures close to this.

Answer:	We do not have free shipping to Canada.
Question:	When using this device, do you have to turn the little air release valve on the jack to get it to reset back
Answer:	Yes the jack is removable. You should be cautioned that the h-frame is designed for handling the pressure a 6 ton jack exerts. Increasing to a 10 ton jack may be too much.
