Question:	Can i use with a window based computer or does it have to be a MAC
Answer:	We just got out of a Cricut class tonight, 10/14/2019) at a local Michaels. We (my wife and I) both downloaded the DesignSpace software in class from the Cricut website to our Windows 10 laptops and after downloading a small Windows add-in, were able to launch DesignSpace, create and cut projects successfully from out laptops. We also had out Apple iPads and downloaded the Apple Store DesignSpace app and had no problem using them to design and cut. Can’t speak about the Mac though...

Answer:	The only difference between the air1 and air2 is the speed of the cut and the color options for the machines. I have the air2 and I honestly haven't even tried the faster cutting option because I've been cutting really delicate things and I was afraid that it would rip the material at a faster speed. I guess this question depends on how much you would use it and for what. I don't, by any means, think the air1 is "slow".

Answer:	Through personal experience, the Cricut Design Space software let’s you upload svg files, but not ai or eps. The best advice for cutting images from Illustrator is to use a USCutter instead, it uses a software called Sure Cuts A Lot and works with alot of file types (ai, eps, svg)

Answer:	No, a silicone mat is thin and can be between the iron surface and the material. This is a thicker pad that goes under the surface that is being iron on. This could be used to replace the ironing board, for example, but it wouldn't work as a silicone mat replacement. Hope this helps!

Question:	Can you use this to press hats? If so what would you use to help the hat keep its shape while pressing htv
Answer:	Yes you can use it to press hats. I would think a firm pillow inside the hat or something firm that fits inside the hat and will not be affected by the heat will work. I used a few folded dish towels inside the one hat I did.
Question:	Would this work for Perler beads
Answer:	Heat your beads. Take your parchment paper, which is also sometimes called ironing paper, and place it over the beads on the pegboard. You should be careful when doing this so that you don't accidentally knock any beads out of place. Heat a heat press to a medium setting, then slowly run it in a circular motion over the parchment paper. You'll have to continue this for about 10 seconds for the beads to stick together.
