Answer:	Yes it does. The wood handles feel good as well when you use them. I know what to look for because this is just like what you look for in a knife which is a "Full Tang" and that is what I see.

Answer:	I honestly don't know but these days the default position for me is China. They work just find and have held up so far. You do have to keep them clean and dry because I had one start to rust on me.

Answer:	Have you tried adding the teaspoon of water the instructions here tell you to do. I do it an my omelets fold just fine. Just go around the edges to loosen any grip and then just slid under and fold.
