Answer:	There are four dividers that come with it (one for each drawer) which can be used in any drawer. They are a bit awkward to insert but hold firmly once placed.

Answer:	If you look at a Golden Paint tube under the name of the color is a pigment name. The official name of Quinacridone Gold is PO 49. PO 49 is a discontinued pigment and is no longer manufactured. Some large paint companies like Golden and Daniel Smith stockpiled the pigment before it ran out. If you see other color names under the title then you know its a mix. The most common mix is PY 150 and PO 48. Try some of the more transparent earth colors like raw sienna or transparent yellow oxide for a more suble and economic replacement.
