Answer:	I can't answer for this particular shirt; however, I did purchase several of these type and one of them has the same colors (blue, purple pink and a bit of white) in it. None of the ones I bought glow in the dark. They are very nice tees, a good value, very vivid colors. I machine-wash and machine-dry them. They dry quickly. After many washings, the colors are still vivid.

Answer:	Very easy! In fact I only wore then once or twice to "break them in," but they were already flexible and comfortable. On about my third wear I hike Half Dome at Yosemite NP and had zero issues or complaints. I was extremely happy with the shoes and seemed to have the sturdiest pair of boots on for that level of hiking compared to everyone else.
