Answer:	I think the symbol represents agriculture? The green circle “land”, the “stick” a hoe or rake? Not sure that’s right. There are a couple of symbols used I had to look twice at but I really liked the end result.

Answer:	We'd recommend hoop in the 6 - 8 inch range. They would all work well for the fabric size. The exact size is a matter of preference. My wife prefers working with a 6 inch hoop for most projects. Even though she has to move it around more often, she likes it because it keeps the area she's working on really taut.
Question:	I need more thread for the states embroidery can I buy just those colors
Answer:	Write or call dimensions. They should help

Answer:	Not on most Joy Sunday pieces. I don’t know on this particular piece.
Question:	Is the cotton thread colorfast? As in, if I wash it or spray it, will the dye in the thread(s) run
Answer:	It is DMC thread. I've never had a problem with the color running. When you wash it, be sure to use cool water.
Question:	Directions Indicate half stitch, quarter stitch and back stitch. None of those are actually on the pattern. Why
Answer:	Some just say it in the direction. But it is the pattern you go by.

Answer:	I didn't do this one. I don't know. I do have a Joy Sunday cross stitch that was shipped from China and has what looks like Chinese characters in it, so I assume it was made there.

I happen to have a large supply left from some other stockings I made prior to this one and was able to use them to complete the kit. Should you not have any leftovers, you can buy small packages of sequins in any craft store, you are sure to find a match.

Question:	How hard is it ti needlepoint compared to cross stitch
Answer:	Theoretically half as hard. Needlepoint is all of the first stitches without any of the crosses. The needlepoint is also stamped in the correct colors so you don’t have to count.

Answer:	These kits come with everything you need including great directions. I am on my fourth and the first three came out beautiful. However the last kit was floss not wool which was disappointing.

Answer:	This kit does not have a frame included. I guess that you could purchase a standing frame and pin the white needlepoint cloth to another cloth. I did not have any trouble using the cloth as is. I have made about 10 of these stockings and do enjoy holding the fabric in my hands as I work it.

Answer:	My chart says to use white. When I start this kit, I think I'll try replacing those French knots with white beads. French knots aren't my favorite specialty stitch.

Answer:	I did this one a long time ago, and I'm pretty sure the thread was sorted by color, but I wouldn't absolutely swear to it.

Answer:	There's no indication on the packaging, but the numbers are mostly 4-5 digits, so I think the thread and its numbering system is proprietary to Dimensions Needlecrafts.
