Question:	I have followed all the instructions and it is not heating up. Help
Answer:	This is not a printer. I use a Silhouette Cameo to cut out my Heat Transfer Vinyl design, then use this press to adhere it. If you follow the directions from the brand of HTV you are using (accurate pressure, temp, cold/heat peel) then you will have a finished garment that will last a very long time. Most HTV brands also have washing and drying suggestions to prolong it's life. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I haven't but I would such as a straw hat. I think you could use this on almost any material as long as you have something underneath and on top of product. I use a piece of flannel material on top and underneath all materials

Answer:	I have this machine and I use it for business and its working perfectly fine....try checking the socket or extension your using make sure it can power the machine or make sure you haven't blew it using to strong or too little power...also you should have a warrenty on the machine iv bought a few things from this seller go through amazon dispute center !

Answer:	Depending on what you pressed might have to do with prepressing or not leaving it on long enough for the machine. I would go into a FB sublimation group and have them look at your project. They will be better able to assist you.

Answer:	Yes, this just requires a regular 110 outlet. I love my press but have found that I don't need the extra attachments that come with it. They are not what I thought they were and will probably never use them.

Answer:	I have the same problem. Have had mine since September of last year. The company sent me a new control box from China still no luck with the hat attachment. It goes to 65 degrees with no heat at all. Put the cup attachment on and it did heat up really fast no luck with other attachments followed directions and no luck so many other people love this machine wish I could love mine
