Answer:	Comes with 4 different blades all of which are for filleting I believe. I have used a couple on different species of fish and they are fantastic. I would use this knife for fish and regular kitchen knives on veggies or meat. Might be able to cut up a turkey but remember that it's a fillet knife. You can also call the mfg. They are very helpful.

Answer:	I have had the knife for over two years and use it frequently. I have never had a need to sharpen it.

Answer:	This is not a forged blade. All their products are stamped, so the blade thickness is probably 3/32". That said, the width of the blade at the handle is slightly over 1 .25". The knife is my go-to slicer. It is wonderfully sharp and maintains its edge with only a few touch ups on a steel. I have 10 other Victorinox kitchen knives. To me, for the money, these knives are better than those at twice the cost! I have used German, Japanese, and other famous maker knives. Save your money and buy these!
