Answer:	The metal tends to expand the first few times each nib is used. In my experience, I have used a pair of needle nose plyers to unscrew and remove the frozen nib. Be gentle, make sure you are turning in the correct direction.

Answer:	I've used this style of wood burning pen on several cutting boards and it'll do the job. I, personally, find the power cord to be very inconvenient and have since upgraded to a cordless butane powered pen but nothing would prevent this pen from working on a cutting board (you'll want to make sure the oil on the board wont interfere with your wood burning or burn before you apply the oil and conditioner).

Answer:	I would ask for your money back. These do not work in my opinion. I tried using it several different ways according to videos on you tube but nothing worked. Answer:	We recommend a heat gun over 1000 watts. Surface temps need to reach 300+ F for the reaction to take place. Therefore a heatgun rated above 700F is best

Answer:	Sometimes. If the stain is very light then yes. The marker must come in contact with wood fibers to work. As long as the liquid can penetrate into the wood then a reaction should happen. But if the stain blocks that from happening it won’t work. Hope that helps! Always test it first!

How to install

How to solder:

1.Prepare solder and soldering iron; Specially, it's necessary to keep the tip clean, which should be coated with solder.

2. Please wet the sponge before using.

3. Use the soldering iron to heat the weldment, such as PCB leads and pads, and keep the weldment heated evenly.

4. When the temperature is high enough, put the solder wire close to the joint, the solder will melt and flow freely.

5. Please remove the solder wire when the tin is enough.

6. Take away the soldering iron in a direction approximately 45°and power off.

7. Don't pull the soldering iron tip outward and use it in that way, which will shorten the heating element life.
