Answer:	The package doesn't say recommended age group, but this is certainly acceptable to a 10 year old. I would say ages 7 and up. Or any age as long as the child can follow the instructions. Younger ages may require parent assistance.

Answer:	It should not be loose when it is fully inflated. You can re-inflate the balloon by removing the plug and using a pump. Ideally, if you have a bicycle pump or air compressor, you should be able to easily get the balloon to fully inflate.

Answer:	We got rid of ours because it broke shortly after getting it, but i think the blocks were about an inch and a half by two inches and it was maybe a foot long.
