Someone said you could also use electrical tape (just leave the part of the stem exposed to the water). And yes it comes in green and is water proof, but I have not tried the electrical tape trick. Oh and the bouquets were in water the day before the wedding and all through the reception and then a couple of days after the wedding as well. I wasn't the one who wrapped it..I only bought the supplies so I don't know if they did anything else to it. Pintrest might have some suggestions as well.
