Answer:	Yes... BUT, the wood should be very, very smooth and I suggest sanding the surface and then painting a base coat and before pouring.
Question:	Can I add these paints into epoxy resin
Answer:	Not totally sure, but I would certainly think so
Question:	If you dont add the silicone, does the paint still flow well and come out glossy
Answer:	The silicone is primarily to add cells to the paint so it isn't a must add. I found the paint a little thick sometimes to added a few drops of water to make it flow eadier
