Answer:	Per your question, "Is it good for reading computer screen", I'm not sure there is a cookie-cutter answer. Much may depend upon your particular vision situation. My wife does use her pair at times, when viewing her laptop screen and says they do seem to help. Not so, to help when she's viewing her Desktop screen. The limited help is most likely due to the fact she's closer to the screen when using the laptop and further from the screen when using her desktop. I typically use my pair for closeup work when looking at documents, etc, and don't find them that helpful during computer usage. I do like the addition of the light and so often use it.

Operation Guide

Turn on the LED lighting switch on the right bracket of the glasses. The first press is highlighted, the second press is soft, and the third press turns off the LED.

If the brightness of the LED decreases, it indicates that the power supply is insufficient and charging is needed. Simply connect the charging cable to the connector on the right side of the bracket, and then insert the USB interface.

The indicator light is red during charging. After 1 hour of charging, the indicator light turns green to indicate that the power supply is fully charged.

Replacement of Batteries

• Adjust LED battery compartment to downward angle, then pull out batter compartment.
• Push battery compartment to take out old batteries, and put three AA batteries inside according to "+" ,"-" on bottom of battery compartment, close battery compartment.
• Aim the connector on both sides of battery compartment at the slot right above helmet to push battery compartment backwards.

The correct way to wear

• First pull out the adjustment knob of the headband magnifier, turn it counterclockwise to increase the length of the helmet, then place the headset on your head to adjust.
• Then wear the headband and visor at a certain angle, so that it is not easy to slide down due to the hair, and the head-mounted magnifying glass will be very stable.
• Finally, turn the knob clockwise to reduce the length of the helmet and adjust it to the level you think is most comfortable, press the knob to fix the size, and at the same time, tighten the knobs on both sides of the helmet.

Answer:	Even at the weakest magnification, you have to hold whatever item you’re looking at about 2 inches from the lens. Not for long-term use. I use it for things like getting out a splinter, tying a knot in beading, something very short term.

Answer:	You need to find something that provides a long depth of focus! The one I bought is such that, you must hold the thing you're looking at about four inches from your face, within a couple of inches one way or the other, which is awkward. Also look for something LIGHT in weight. I removed the left eye-piece to use separately, and now just use the right. Especially since this unit does not offer separation adjustment so the odds of you getting stereo vision with it are not good.
