Answer:	approximately 5 foot long.
Question:	relax" mode doesn't seem to do anything when i tap the coffee cup. all the other modes seem to work as advertised. what i am doing wrong
Answer:	When you switch to the "Coffee Cup" mode from another mode, the light should change. You should also be able to change the brightness within each mode by tapping the "+" and "-" tap on the lamp. If you can't do any of that, then most likely your lamp have problem.
Question:	How do you change the led bulb? If you can't, how long does it last
Answer:	The LED "bulb" cannot be replaced. However, LEDs are known to have very long lifetimes. LEDs typically do not "burn out." The typical failure mechanium is a gradual loss of light. I do not know the rated life for the LEDs in this lamp, but LEDs typically last for 50,000 to 70,000 hours before their output has dropped by 30%. 50,000 hours would be about 5.7 years of continuous operation, or over 17 years at 8 hours per day.
Question:	It is not clear which is the vertical, horizontal or lamp dimensions. Is the height above the base 16.6" and the overhang 7" or
Answer:	The height above the base is about 16.75, to my best measurement. I don't know what the "overhang: is, but the distance from back to front of the head is about 11 to 14 inches depending on how the head is turned. The head is 3 x 10 inches, in case that is of interest.

As soon as I set it up, I realized that in the new model you can NOT adjustable top lamp part i.e you can adjust the bottom rotation and also the top lamp to arm rotation, but you can NOT rotate the lamp arm. If you check the old model, you could do that. A bit disappointing and wanted to mention it here for others

WHAT IS COLOR RENDERING INDEX(CRI)?

Answer:	We are aware the MR16 GU5.3 2-pin 12V light bulbs may be used for some projectors. However, we cannot verify the light bulbs work for your particular projector model. The best way is to find out from your projector what type of light bulb it uses. If it is not easy to find out, another common way is to take out the old light bulb and see if there are any marking on the bulb. It may provide some specs such as voltage (must be 12V to be a match), wattage, and you can match by base type (2 pins with 5.3mm distance between the pins) and dimensions such as diameter and length. If everything matches then you have the correct product.
