When I wash my hair, I let it air dry for about 15-20 minutes and then get under the dryer for a maximum of 20 minutes, usually less time. I have a pile of magazines in front of the dryer and, quite frankly, I think I take longer than I need because I'm enjoying my reading material. I've had a great experience with this dryer - no complaints.

Answer:	I ordered this to replace my older model of the same design and type as in the picture. However that’s not what I got. Instead I got the latest model stapler, it’s a different shape and stapling is much louder. For me, I wanted to continue with the quiet stapler cuz I work in my home office late at night and it was soft enough to not wake anyone. This new one would wake whole house if you stapled 5 things in a row.

Answer:	The main portion is 30 inches wide but there are two hangers on the top that can swivel out to make it 50 inches. The depth is 26 inches. The height is 70 inches. We really like this thing. Its super useful, relatively sturdy and easy to move around.

Answer:	I didn’t, but it would help to add an additional screw. Mine have worked well so far with pulling the full size stacked washer dryer out a hand full of times so far this year.
Question:	How much does this system add to the height of the freezer they are placed under
Answer:	The thickness of the rollers are 1 1/2" by placing them on the flattest area under my freezer it increased the height of my freezer the same amount. The legs of my freezer did not factor in because these rollers ran along the sides of the legs. If I had of put the rollers under the legs then it would have raised the freezer an additional 1 1/2" , I see someone else states that the ones they got were only 1" thick, but the ones I received which look exactly like the ones in the picture are 1 1/2" thick. Answer:	It will roll over dense or low pile carpet. It may sink into or hang up in thick stringy pile depending on the weight it's carrying. The wheels do not turn - they simply roll forward and back - so you would need to jockey the load to make a turn.

Question:	Can you remove a shelf? Would like to add trash can at the bottom
Answer:	I would place lower shelf all the way to the bottom and set trash can on it then place other shelves where you want. This would keep shelving unit stable. If you need to leave one shelf off keep it and the plastic brackets in case you want to add later.

Answer:	Yes, and you can buy a bag of sleeves here for pennies. I have about 10 sets of shelves that I’ve bought here, Walmart, Aldis. The legs are all the same diameter so I’ve been able to interchange shelves to get what I want. The only issue I’ve had is the size of the shelves. Like others have said, check your measurements. If you use the shelf liners do some comparison shopping. Wide difference in price for same thing. I also found a heavy plastic shelf liner roll I can cut to fit. It has tiny parallel ridges that require cleaning with with a nap- like terry- but glasses sitting upside down can breathe so no “bad breath”. Items can be put away still damp as the ridges allow air to move. Love these wire shelves.

Answer:	The poles we received with the three shelf unit were only 0.75 inches in diameter. The industrial size poles are usually a 1 inch diameter, and are not compatible with the parts we received in this unit.

Answer:	The threads on this washer and hose are "pipe threaded". While you may have a utility sink with this thread, you'll probably have to purchase an adapter to connect to a kitchen sink. The issue you'll run into is that most of these kitchen sink adapters are "hose threaded". I suggest finding a quick connect adapter for your kitchen sink faucet. You then have two main options depending on whether you want to replace the intake hose. Everything is 3/4" (you'll want to ask for "three quarter inch" couplers, adapters, and/or hoses). Option 1) Keep the original intake hose. One end of the original intake hose connects to the washer. The other end will connect to a coupler (that you need to buy) that's 3/4" male pipe thread to 3/4" female hose thread. That coupler will in turn connect to the quick connect faucet to hose thread adapter (that you also need to buy) that attaches to your sink. Option 2) Buy a new intake hose (this will most likely be hose threaded). You'll need to buy a coupler that's 3/4" female pipe thread to 3/4" male hose thread. You'll be screwing this piece onto your washing machine so I suggest buying it in plastic to reduce the chance of damage to the machine. Your new hose will attach to this and then to the quick connect faucet to hose thread adapter (that you also need to buy). Going with option 2 is probably the better choice as it makes replacing the intake hose much easier down the line. Also, to clarify the difference between "male" and "female" parts, the "male" thread is inserted inside the "female" thread. So the two ends of a hose are both "female". The two ends of the hose will screw onto a "male" part.

Answer:	Yes. The water line is a standard size that will hook up to a regular washer water connection and the drain tube is designed to either drain into a sink or stand pipe just as a regular sized washer. You do need to connect it to the cold water line though (per instructions). If you hook it up to a sink with the provided adapter, you will use the tap to control temperature. If your using the wall connection for a standard washer you will be limited to cold washes only. I believe the next larger size up (1.6 sq ft) does have both hot and cold water inputs so you can hook up hot water as well with that unit.

This model only has one water inlet that can connected to standard faucet using the inlet hose and quick adapter in the package.

The machine will automatically fill water and stop filling water, so the machine must be connected to faucet using the inlet hose and quick adpter. Manually adding water into the machine is not allowed, otherwise, the machine will not work properly.
