| Answer: | Vendor should take care of warranty! They are the one selling it to you. LG icemakers should have a one year warranty on them and they don't cost 3 to 4 times more. That would put the cost of the icemaker at 450 to 600 dollars. These online parts guys are a scam ! I bought an icemaker failed after 2 months and wouldn't honor warranty I have been doing appliance repair for 20 yrs and own my company and they tried to say "how do we know you installed it properly?" Save yourself a headache find your nearest appliance parts store and by local where your not going to get the shaft on the warranty. I am going to make a complaint on these vendors that don't stand behind the manufacturers warranty not cool! |
