Answer:	Just to clarify, yes this will display a 1080p image to the screen; however, this image is 720p scaled to 1080p. This means that each individual pixel is essentially blown up and makes a "best guess" interpretation of what a 1080p image should look like. For gaming it looks fine, but you won't get the same resolution as a true 1080p display.

Answer:	It should work. I use it for zoom on my MacBook Air but I had to go into the settings to make sure I selected it, otherwise it wouldn’t turn on.
