However the real question is, how much more quickly will they wear out if you, say, just tend to leave them on the charger most of the time? It's sort of a statistical thing. Answer:	Im not a 100% on that but the basic controller that came with the Xbox one would not even stand up in it.

Answer:	As long as the USB is plugged in and the controllers in place it's charging. If you unplug the USB I don't see why you couldn't leave the controllers docked. It shouldn't drain or hurt them. I just leave mine docked and charging all the time.
