Answer:	Go to the Device Manager (Windows) and look at the list of devices. When you plug the wireless USB adapter in, you should notice it pop up in this list, under network adapters. My own is very problematic and it often requires unplugging it and plugging it back in; most recently into an alternate USB plug location. In Device Manger, you can check to see if the drivers are working, sometimes Microsoft drops the ball on getting the drivers automatically loaded. Also be sure your Windows updates are up to speed, and make sure the seal isn't already cut on the box of the controller before you open it yourself. Good luck.

Answer:	Hi Customer, Here are some directions: 1. Note that the USB jack is designed for lighting up the headset only. To make the audio work, you'll need to plug in the analogue jacks. 2. If your computer contains mic and audio separate jacks, make sure the 2 in 1 splitter is plugged into the correct jack respectively. If your computer only contains one jack, the 2 in 1 splitter needs to be disconnected. 3. Also don't forget to switch off the mute button on the audio cable. : ) And also try to turn off all the devices and restart again to see if it makes a difference. Answer:	I think so. I bought some headsets before, but this one is the most comfortable. When I first get them they are snug, but gradually loosen up after using for a period of time. Now I wear them all the day at weekends and they don't hurt. If you wanna a comfortable gaming headset, I would recommend this one.

Answer:	I've owned for several months, and am still very happy with it. Mic quality is still great, my D2 clan mates are very pleased with it's performance, especially compared to my previous headset, lol. The wire is actually a bit long for my taste, not sure why 6ft is necessary, but I haven't had any issues with it. The headset can feel a bit heavy after long play sessions, but it's super cushy, so that helps. I shave my head, so most headsets end up digging into my scalp and becoming very uncomfortable after only a short period of time, but this one stays comfy even after several straight hours of playtime. Sound quality is GREAT. On par with much more expensive Turtle Beach headsets that I've owned in the past.

Answer:	Yes but these kits are really bad for them. Better to save some from the fields around the ditches. There is so much milkweed in the ditches and farmers spray and mow it down killing the caterpillars. These are the ones to save. Tons of info online and you can guarantee it is the right season for them. I use an aquarium and harvest milkweed daily from the ditches atleast until I started growing in my backyard. I raise them let them go into chrysalis' and then release them. Use to tag them before release but just too much work. I give talks about them though

Answer:	You can connect headphones or use the adapter both work.
Question:	Does this controller have a rubberized back side like the lunar white controller
Answer:	No. But it does have a slight texture to it, so it's not slippery.
Question:	Does it have the 3.5mm headphone jack to work with any headset
Answer:	I think people need to be clearly state what type of headset they are trying to connect. Remember, Audio does NOT - NOT - NOT work with just any headset. You MUST be using a CTIA standard compliant headset; so I suspect others are using any generic "Big Box" headset and expecting it to work. Furthermore, if you are using this for the PC (like me) then Audio does NOT - NOT - NOT work with Bluetooth. Controller works with Bluetooth; but Audio requires the Xbox Wireless Adapter as it uses the 2.4 Ghz frequency, so make your Questions and Answers clear. I suspect you are using non-compliant headsets...
