I assigned 1 for just playing with a guitar, a 2 for an honest 60 day try and 3 for infinity under the level of commitment. the budget is a basic 1 for playing with a guitar and have a limited budget $5 an hour, 2 is for more than a 60 day commitment $7 an hour, and 3 for infinity $10 per hour.
