Answer:	You would turn on the PS3 manually, connect cable to controller and let it fully charge. Once fully charged disconnect cable and press on PS3 button in middle until it links up. As a owner of the same controllers, I had issues with the PINK controller not syncing with the PS3, so my daughter uses it as a wired controller. I would suggest to use the PS3 original USB cable for the controllers due to the one that comes with the controllers will not allow you to play games while charging.

Answer:	Technically this has nothing to do with the emulator or the wii itself. The "sensor" bar actually sends zero info to what you have it plugged into. It simply generates infrared points that your Wiimotes can see and use those stationary points to tell where they're pointing. The Wiimotes themselves are what sends the info back and forth to your Wii/Wii U/Dolphin emulator. This is why you can literally use two candles instead of a sensor bar, but who wants candles burning right next to their screen?
