For it to work on a smartphone you would need a dongle on the smartphone to accept USB and your smartphone would have to have the appropriate drivers. Short answer to your question is “most likely no”

Question:	Do it come with a code in the game
Answer:	With the game, I got a card that said Get 10 Cities Around the World cards for free, so there are those 10 additional cards you can get. The thing I am confused about is that they provided a download to the 10 cards as oppose to actual cards. I could print them out, but they would be different then the cards which came with the additional game.
