Answer:	They should light up automatically. When u mute your mic with the button on the cord then the mic light will turn off and as soon as u unmute it’ll turn back on. The actual lights on the ear muffs light up white; they don’t stay on the whole time. It switches between on and off.

Answer:	I use mine with a PC, I simply went into my sound settings and assign them to this head set.
