Answer:	Hi, When recording a single microphone, you should ensure that you create a mono audio track in your DAW instead of a stereo audio track. When you record onto a mono audio track, the output from that track will be heard on both sides of your headphones or speakers (ensuring the output is set to stereo), however, if you record onto a stereo track, the audio will just be recorded onto the left side of a stereo file and you will ony hear it on the left of your headphones/speakers. Answer:	I bought this for my son for distance learning. Connected it to his brand new W10 computer and it wouldn’t install. I tried all ports no luck. It didn’t seem to even power on. I see the in for an exchange and a new one arrived promptly. Same thing occurred. So, I decided to try it on my W10 laptop and it installed right away no issues and works great! I had bought a different model for me that I hadn’t opened so I decyto try that one for my son and it worked great. So, we traded🤪 However, there are no instructions, no referenced websites, and no brand name to try to Google for help.
Question:	Does it work on ps
Answer:	I don’t have a video to post as I have only used it in Zoom. But it’s nice quality. Much better than the camera built in to the laptop. However, I got another one for my son on a Lightning Deal for 19.99 and its as nice as this one is.

Answer:	The PS4 Upgrade Kit is not designed to be used in conjunction with a DSS. In a typical setup you would use one or the other, not both. (Each accepts audio from a digital optical toslink connection and outputs it through a 3.5 analog stereo jack; the DSS does digital-to-analog conversion and decodes Dolby Digital surround-sound, while the DAC1 included with the PS4 Upgrade Kit does digital-to-analog conversion only, with no surround-sound decoding.)
