Answer:	It doesn't work with the iPhone 5. When I upgraded my phone to the 5 I had to start using the USB to charge the phone. I've also pitched the 30 to 8 pin adapters but it wouldn't work to play music or access the iPhone on the dock

Answer:	You could, but you could just position the sleeve lower to contain the extra cable.

Answer:	No, not at the ends. You can connect one to another with the zippers, along the length, to make them bigger around though.
Question:	Can they be cut to needed length? Not all my cables are 20 inches long
Answer:	I sew a lot. If you can thread a needle, then you can easily make zippers shorter...BUT you need to lower the zipper pull to the bottom of the zipper, (and not let it slid off while you) cut off whatever extra length you want, then sew across the zipper teeth at the top of EACH INDIVIDUAL side of the open zipper (keeping the zipper pull down at the bottom)-sew over and over-until the threads jam up the teeth so much that the zipper pull cannot cross them and fall off of the zipper. ANd the threads you sew do not have to be neat...even two big lumpy knots (one on each side) would work to stop the zipper pull from coming off! Now you can use the shortened zipper without the zipper pull coming off.

Question:	Would these work with flat cable as well as with round
Answer:	Maybe. If you can keep the flat cable perpendicular to the posts, and it is still thin enough to set between the posts, it might be fine. But, if the flat cable would have a tendency to be parallel to the posts, it may slip out unless the cable is angled around the posts (that is, the posts are used merely as guides to go from point A to point B and are not in a straight line). Otherwise, I think the cable would have a tendency to slip out.
Question:	Can the cables up/down easily through the grip once it's mounted? So that it's easily accessible or locked in place
Answer:	The cables are pushed downward between the posts. Once there, they can slide easily back and forth. The cable can be removed easily by pulling up between the two posts. This all depends on the diameter of the cable; the thinner the cable, the easier to mount or to un-mount.
Question:	Does it stick to car carpet for cord management
Answer:	I haven't tried sticking them to carpet, but I doubt it would work well. Maybe you could use a little piece of Velcro tape, stuck to the sticky side of the clip. Then the Velcro would "grab" the carpet.
Question:	What is the heat and cold resistance of the adhesive
Answer:	Im not sure what the specs are for the adhesive. But i can tell you that I have used it when temps are subzero and did fine. I will have to see this summer how it holds up to extreme heat. Advice to use isoprophyl alcohol after surface to adhere to is cleaned up. Alcohol will suck up any moisture left letting the clip to really stick.
