Answer:	depends on what device your using it on ps4 go to device manager and turn off what ever device you use has to use some type of device manager or controller properties.

Answer:	I discovered the button labeled as "turbo" actually worked like the old school select button. It just doubles what the touch pad button does..

Answer:	The one I ordered worked just fine in the United States, for at least 20 minutes. Then I tried to update the firmware and its now a brick. Their support hasn't written back to me for almost 2 weeks. I think I will be returning this to Amazon very shortly.
