Answer:	They have a set to buy to take the whole controller apart, but no the buttons DO NOT come with tools.

Answer:	Yes it will. It does on my Vizio TV. You have to do it through the actual x box settings and turn on that feature (which you can navigate with your new remote!) it is simple to do, if needed a quick you tube search and there are several videos that show step by step how to navigate the fields and selections.. After you activate, TV powers on when you press the x box on botton (big green button). on my TV the remote lets me control volume and change channels. I like this remote just as well as the x box factory one (this one is about a 3rd of the cost!) You can do it!

Answer:	This doesn’t actually pair. It uses IR to send commands to the Xbox. Make sure the IR window on the Xbox you intend to operate is visible in line of sight of the remote.
