Question:	DO you HAVE to buy the handset lifter? How does it work without the lifter
Answer:	You don't need a handset lifter if your phone has a "headset" button (I am using Cortelco-2700 phone which does have such a button). However, as mentioned by other respondents, you still have to be near the phone to be able to press this button. If you want to buy another degree of freedom, you can buy an Electronic Hook Switch Cable (EHS Cable) which, however will cost you another $80 or so. I was not able to find the cable certified for Cortelco phones, though. I hope this will help.

Answer:	The Voyager 5200 and 5220 both say that they are Bluetooth 4.1 (see the Plantronics website for the official product specifications), but the Voyager 5200 UC says that it is "Blutooth 5.0 with BLE" I don't see any Voyagers newer than that on the Plantronics web site.

Answer:	I'm not sure what you mean by a "Charging dock". This unit needs to be plugged into a standard USB port and cable and a low voltage or high voltage charger both work.. It doesn't take long to recharge. I have 4 including 1 in my car, 1 in my home and 1 each in 2 different offices in 2 states.

Answer:	no. It's happened once or twice when the left fails to pair at all, but I'm pretty sure that was a bug. normally, the right runs out of battery first, and putting it back in the case also cuts the connection with the left. I've never had the left work on its own.
