Answer:	We have multiple lines. I love this headset. You won't be disappointed.
Question:	Can the mic be rotated upward when not in use, or does it always stick out
Answer:	In my environment I receive about 40-60 calls and they average about 5-10 minutes each. The headset does not last the entire day but if I leave in the cradle after each call, I don't have any issues. The only downside beside the additional wear and tear of the battery. Is that if i get towards 80 calls, I have to have my wired headset to back up that busy of a day.
Question:	Will this work with the Xbox one without adapter
Answer:	This item comes with a standard telephone jack that will plug into your phone. This item DOES NOT come with the HL10 handset lifter that will allow the wireless headset to answer calls, you must purchase this item separate. This item also DOES NOT have the capability to put calls on hold while mobile. It allows calls to be answered if away from the phone base, but if you need to place that call on hold you are unable until you return to the phone base & use the phone base hold button.
