Answer:	Mine fully charged from zero to full within like an hour. If its taking longer I'd contact the seller.

Answer:	I get a static noise and a occasional faint Morse code beep. It's always there when it is playing audio even if it is not connected and just playing it's "power on" sound. The only way to get no noise is use the audio cable.
Question:	How well does this headset fit with glasses?(Also I have a fairly large head so does will it fit
Answer:	I don't wear glasses. They are pretty adjustable, you should be able to fit. Also don't worry about your head size, one size fits all. Don't stress young blood.

Answer:	I've bought two and used both with two different phones. People on the other end tell me they hear an awful buzzing noise. I always have to disconnect from bluetooth. Listening to music is fine though

1. Bluetooth disconnect or can not be connected

A. Unpair the headphone, remove the pairing memory and then enter the pairing mode and pair again. Please make sure the headset is not more than 10M away from your devices.

B. Reset the headphone.

2. There is no sound on one side

Reset the headphone: Power on the headphones.Charge the headphones for 10 seconds or so, the headphones would power off on their own(you can see the LED goes out), unplug the cable.Power on the headphones again.And remove the pairing memory of your device,then pair again.

3. The earmuffs fall off

The earmuffs are detachable, you can easily remove and reinstall the earmuffs. If you want to fix the earmuffs, we suggest you use glue.

Bluetooth Pairing(Particle)

Open the charging case,you will see LED light on two earbuds are always on.

Turn on your cell phone Bluetooth and search “Particle” and click it to connect.You will hear “Pairing successful” from both sides.

Please reset your Particle earbuds if you only can hear one side

Please remove all pairing records on your devices first, please do as the following steps:

1. Turn the both of 2 earbuds off separately, (keep pressing the MF button until you hear “power off"

2. Turn one of the earbud on again separately, (keep pressing MF button until you hear “Pairing mode”,) then Pressing the MF button 3 Times in Rapid Succession Continuously, you can see the earbuds will be turned off and the pairing records will be removed.

3. Do the same operation on another earbud like step 2 (you can see the 2 earbuds are in shutdown state)

4. Put the 2 earbuds into the charging box, close the case for 10 seconds or so

5. Open the case, the 2 earbuds will be turned on automatically, put them together as close as possible like on the desk,(before connect with your device please don’t put them into ear first), the 2 earbuds will be connected by themselves and enter into Pairing mode.

6. Turn on the Bluetooth on your device, then search, you will see there is ONE “Particle” name, then connect it is OK.

Open charging case, you can see the earbuds LED is always on. After two earbuds pair with each other successfully,earbuds LED will flash quickly

Turn on cellphone Bluetooth, “Fi R” (or “Fi L”) will show on your cellphone Bluetooth list. Click connect “Fi R” (or “Fi L”) and you will hear the prompt voice “connected”, the first earbud showed in your cell phone is the main-control earbud.After about 1-3 seconds, your cellphone will pop out a connecting request of the other earbud, click connect and you will hear the prompt voice “connected” again. At this time, two earbuds are connected with cellphone successfully.
