Answer:	1000hz for deathadder elite I assume you know but for those who dont know... Polling rate is how many times the mouse detects positioning. 1000hz means every second the mouse reports position 1000 times.

Answer:	A quality build with good performance and software. Cheap Chinese products are designed (generally) to make money at the highest profit margin and steal market share with seemingly good value. I've had a Razer DeathAdder 2013 edition since... well 2013. The only reason I'm looking now for a replacement is my middle click doesnt work about 30% of the time, a button I personally use all the time. Very solid mouse.

Answer:	Like most of all Logitech gaming products all the buttons are relatively silent. They use micro switches and when compared to background noise they remain close to not detectable. The only button that makes any clicking noise that I can tell is the button that allows you to go from a free scroll wheel to a mechanical click scroll wheel. I assume it has something to do with the clicking mechanism in the mechanical option. Other than the mouse is fine and great for gaming. I am glad I went this version since the cord is thinner and doesn't fight you when you move, a ban of existence in previous generations of mice.

Answer:	You can set a sleep timer so the lights go out after a many min. You do this through the Logitech program.
Question:	g502 spectruct vs g502 hero, what's the difference
Answer:	I believe the only real difference between the two is the sensor. Functionally they operate the same, but the HERO16K sensor requires about 10x less power. In a wired mouse this won't make any difference whatsoever. But in a wireless mouse, it will make a huge difference in battery life. Unfortunately, at the time of this writing, the only wireless mouse with the HERO16K is the Logitech Pro Wireless. The G603 has the HERO12K sensor.
Question:	Have the latest versions of this mouse addressed the right click issues found in previous versions
Answer:	I have several G502s and NONE of them have ever had a right click problem and I literally do nothing but just use my mice. Never taken any apart. I use one for work and one at home, both have no problems. The scroll wheels don't free spin for as long due to something breaking down in the mechanism, they spin for awhile but not as long as when new. Otherwise, no idea what right click issue you're talking about.

Answer:	Definitely try another USB port if not a completely different PC, and if it turns out to be that the mouse itself did indeed "die," well then since you're within the warranty period just contact Logitech and they'll send you a new mouse. Problem solved!

Answer:	Yes you can, for the software, even if it is not supported on your system, for instance on xbox or linux. The mouse has storage built in to it, therefore meaning, that if you configue the mouse with the software, then no matter what device you plug it into; whether it be a windows machine, mac, console, etc, settings such as dpi, macros, color, etc will be saved and used directly from the mouse itself. NOTE, i am not sure if this is still a thing, but sometimes you have to look in settings and check a setting that goes something like the following, "save settings to mouse, use onboard storage, etc"

Answer:	This is one of my quieter mice. My Zowie FK2, Glorious Gaming O- are both louder. Logitech is not a silent click but definately a lower volume click. I do also own a silent mouse and its not that quiet but that's a silent mouse, lol.

Question:	How sensitive are the thumb buttons? in the corsair scimitar i bought i accidently click button 1 when i move the moose while gaming
Answer:	I find them very sensitive, but you get use to after a while. Or at least I did.
Question:	Will this keep the programmed buttons on other devices without razor software
Answer:	Yes, you can save your custom button profiles onto the mouse and use them on any other devices without Synapse and even cycle through them using the button on the underside of the mouse. However, you will still need Synapse to manage the profiles and some custom button functions will not work without Synapse installed.
Question:	Can profiles on the Trinity be linked to specific programs/games so that it auto-switches profiles when I use a certain game or profile
Answer:	The auto profile switch feature is broken.
Question:	Is this worth getting an upgrade from the Razer Naga
Answer:	That depends on how much you value the features the Trinity offers over the 2014 Naga. The Trinity gives you: - interchangeable side plates - optical sensor with higher DPI - RGB lighting - Synapse 3 support If you really care about one or more of those features, then yes, it's worth it. Although if it's *just* RGB you're interested in, you might want to check out the Naga Chroma instead. Personally, what sold the mouse for me was the optical sensor; I loved my 2014 Naga but I was considering getting an optical mouse purely for FPS games... then the Trinity came along and it's the best of both worlds!

Answer:	Not sure in what way you mean good but I can say it has performed very well with constant and very enthusiastic handling by a gamer! Meaning the mouse has been banged, buttons furiously pressed during a critical battle scene in a game and the mouse manuvered across the desk with vigor. And still it's wisper quiet, keeps on working and the kids like the lights that changed color!! It is good then , very good!
Question:	This is probably a silly question, but is there a button that you push that takes you to a previous page? A back button? Can't find one
Answer:	there is a reverse arrow at the top left of your screen that will take you back to previous page if you click on it.
Question:	My mouse can not hold a charge. It doesn’t last several minutes after being recharged. What should I do to fix it
Answer:	Dear Customer. Could you please check that whether the mouse is turned ON when it is recharging? There is a switch that turns the mouse on without the lights on, and when you plug the usb cable in there is a red light on the left side of the scroll wheel if it is recharging. If the mouse is not turned on, the mouse will not hold a recharge. And you can also contact us by [email protected] to get this issue solved.
Question:	I just pluged it in to charge, when it is blue dose that mean its fully chaged
