Answer:	For windows 10, be sure to install the steelseries driver on the manufacturer's website. Update the firmware if necessary. Once completed, you MUST restart your machine. Then once the controller is connected via bluetooth, it should be recognized as a 360 controller. Thus, it will work on steam. I've tested on rocket league and it works great.

Answer:	It works perfectly well with the GearVR. Of course, pretty much any bluetooth-compatible gamepad will work with any Android phone, and the Gear VR works with any device which works with the Samsung Galaxy phones. The nice thing about this is that it can also, without depairing it, also work with a PC. I have "upgraded" to this from an older, mini-controller, also by Steelseries (which I've deprecated to my old S7 and 2015 GearVR), while the Stratus Duo is working with my S10 and 2018 GearVR (the final model produced)

Answer:	I find them very sensitive, but you get use to after a while. Or at least I did.

Answer:	Yes, you can save your custom button profiles onto the mouse and use them on any other devices without Synapse and even cycle through them using the button on the underside of the mouse. However, you will still need Synapse to manage the profiles and some custom button functions will not work without Synapse installed.

The Trinity gives you: - interchangeable side plates - optical sensor with higher DPI - RGB lighting - Synapse 3 support If you really care about one or more of those features, then yes, it's worth it. Although if it's *just* RGB you're interested in, you might want to check out the Naga Chroma instead. Personally, what sold the mouse for me was the optical sensor; I loved my 2014 Naga but I was considering getting an optical mouse purely for FPS games... then the Trinity came along and it's the best of both worlds!

Answer:	Mine set was plugged into 3.0 with no issue temporarily. There’s no benefit to it so if you can use any lower speed port, I would recommend that.
Question:	Is the keyboard backlit
Answer:	YES. The latest "improved" keyboard is actually backlit. The older model, was not. Make sure you're buying the "New and Improved" version of the keyboard. Every single key, lights up very bright, unlike non backlit keyboards out there, that only have lights sporadically placed throughout the board.

Question:	M601 and m602 differences? the m602 is newer model or something? (2000 vs 3000 dpi?) they are same price but the m601 is marked as best seller
Answer:	It appears that the addition of the 7th button and the lower DPI are the major differences. The apparent position of the 7th button would hit your palm if you are not a claw grip user. I would go with the 6 button M601 unless you play MMOs that could use the extra buttons.
Question:	Do all 7 of the buttons work with a mac or only the top, left and right clickers
Answer:	I'm not sure about Macs, but I'm running the mouse on my Linux PC and everything is working fine, so it should be okay for you too.
