Answer:	Yes, but with limited functionality. It will be recognized as a mouse, right, left, middle click will all work, as will the scroll wheel. Back and Forward buttons should work. **The side scroll wheel and lower thumb button will likely not be recognized without being able to install the Logitech drivers.** We have the same issue where I work, which is annoying. There is a good chance plugging in the wireless dongle will work, though - so far on all the ones I've tried (Logitech non-Unifying and Anker) windows has automatically configured the dongle so I could use the mouse wirelessly. Can't guarantee it will be the same for you, but worth a try if it's not an overt violation of company policy. Good luck.

Question:	How do you guys store this mouse in like a backpack or the similar, since there's no off button
Answer:	I’ve owned this mouse before and if nothing’s changed it will turn off and stay off if it doesn’t receive a signal from the receiver. So if you sleep your computer and press the mouse button, it turns off because there’s no reply. It won’t turn back on until it gets a signal from the receiver again.
Question:	is the mouse wheel smooth or does it click
Answer:	I just started using mine today, the mouse wheel has soft clicks (you feel it), and sometimes you will hear it if you scroll fast. I would NOT want this for gaming but for casual or office use its seems nice, my only complaint is the L/R keys are a bit louder than I like, and might disturb others if your doing a lot of clicking.

Answer:	It has an ON switch that is very annoying. After some time (5-10 min) the mouse goes to sleep. It must be woken up by pressing the button below the scroll wheel. If you walk away or pause for 10 minutes you MUST press the button. It seems like I press the dumb button 10x per day. It's not horrible, but it certainly doesn't deserve to be in a 4.5-5 star mouse. I'd give it 3 at most because of this dumb design, and I will probably replace it with something a bit ... smarter.

Answer:	Not really. This is used for CAD and design software. Used in tandem with a a 3 finger mouse. The space mouse for the left hand and optical 3 fingerfor the right. Great for both 3D and 2D drawing. Really saves time . This will not move the cursor for you. Awesome for zooming in and out and manipulating the drawing and views. Too clunky for gaming and you gain no advantage.

Question:	Does this kit come with the cadmouse pro wireless or the cadmouse wireless
Answer:	I'm not a MAC user so I can't say for certain, but I would expect it to work. It is after all just a mouse and obviously conforms to the limited set of requirements for a mouse to work on a computer. The main features I highlighted include three real buttons (no wheel) and natural feel (not likely to unknowingly be on the wrong button). It works with the three computer manufactures I have and with linux on all three systems and windows (rarely used) on one of them. You should realize this same benefit on MAC if you drop into linux where the middle button provides much function and I suspect the same at the MAC level also. The mouse can be put into a super resolution mode for apps like CAD, but I have never done this.

Answer:	I believe it is yes.

Answer:	I do. It works fine. It doesn't add a whole lot to my Revit workflow as I barely use 3D views. I use it for Fusion360 all the time. If I was making custom families, I imagine it would be of more use.

Answer:	This is a 3D mouse only, it is meant to be used in conjunction with a standard mouse for solid modeling, 3D design, etc.
