Question:	Love this product, but does anyone know if it's possible to remove the magnets? They make the mouse a bit unwieldy
Answer:	I put a mousepad over the pull out tray to lessen the effect of the magnets when in use. when I have to step away, I push the tray one click back in, so that the little section of the tray sticks out. Then, I magnetize the mouse to the front. This keeps the mouse from moving around if I have to get up.
Question:	My son has misplaced the usb wireless dongle. how can i get a replacement
Answer:	Razer's support website doesn't have any wireless adapter replacements that you can directly purchase (outside of the one meant for the Razer Nari gaming headset). I think you might have to contact Razer via phone or email and see if they can do anything.
Question:	Can I use a wired headset/mic with this keyboard
Answer:	As far as I know there isn't a way to con ect it to the xbx with the keyboard. But I think you would have to use a controller to use as the access.
Question:	Can it be used to ps4 or new ps
Answer:	Yes, I’ve used mine repeatedly on PS4, however it seems to work better if you use it in wired mode vs wireless, as wireless has an occasional issue of input lag on the keyboard when using both the mouse and the keyboard in wireless mode. Just correct the issue by connecting either the mouse or the keyboard, or both, to your PS4 in wired mode.

Answer:	There is a basic razor synapse app. It works like on windows. Bluetooth connect the laptop and you are good to go! It’s not the best app but it’s good enough to configure your keyboard

Answer:	Yes it does, great keyboard. Using it with a 13" 2014 MacBook Pro. Installed the Razer Synapse software with no problems.
Question:	Does this keyboard have on-board memory to store the color profiles if attached to a device without the razer software installed on it, such as a XIM
Answer:	Yes and no. It has some presets (such as the rainbow wave, the color breathing, twilight, ripple, etc) that you can set and then use it on another system that does not have Razor's software on it (even the XIM4). But it will not remember any of the custom settings you apply. For example, you can customize how fast the colors change or what colors show up, but those customizations will only show on the system that is running Razor's software...on all other systems, it will only show the default settings of whatever preset you were last using.
Question:	Is this keyboard quieter or louder than the black widdow
Answer:	Depends on what kind of blackwidow you have. Ornata is quieter than tactile, but I think silent blackwidow is quite than ornata

User questions & answers

Question:	All of my keys not working
Answer:	Even in USB mode, my keyboard will stop working. The Windows Device Manager says that there is an error on the USB device, and wont recongnize the keyboard at all. The solution that worked for me was to: 1. Unplug the keyboard from the computer. 2. Turn the switch off (using the on\off switch) 3. Turn Switch back on 4. Plug keyboard back into computer. 5. Wait a few minutes for windows to recognize the keyboard (in device manager, it had a yellow error symbol next to "mechanical Keyboard" but it finally initialized after about 3 or so minutes. 6. Reset computer if needed. This is potentially one of the worst implementaitons of a USB product that I have ever seen. ITS A KEYBOARD, WTF! Look at how many tech questions on amazon there are for this product! Pretty lights are not worth the stupid crap you frequently have to do to keep A KEYBOARD working.
Question:	Is it compatible with apple ipad pro? does it support all functions with ipad
Answer:	Hi, the bluetooth mechanical keyboard 63 keys can works with bluetooth device. It can be the remote keyboard replacement.
Question:	Is there anyway to change the color of the spacebar while its plugged in? Or is it just always going to be flashing blue
Answer:	The blue respresents that it is charging (if you're plugged in.
Question:	When I press FN and ? to switch colors it only goes through the rgb modes and never the solid colors
Answer:	You could also press Fn+Enter to switch the color

Dual Mode Connection

This keyboard is designed with dual-mode connection (Bluetooth Mode and Wired Mode)

USB Wired Mode: Connects the cable to the computer, the keyboard will automatically convert to the wired mode or press FN+R to switch wired mode from Bluetooth mode.

Bluetooth Mode: Press key: "FN+Z/X/C" to connect the Bluetooth device, (Press "FN+ Z/X/C" for 6 seconds long, the Bluetooth is in the pairing status, the indicator light is flashing. Short press FN+Z/X/C, the Bluetooth keyboard enters the reconnecting status, the indicator light slowly flashes. {For example, the 1 key has been paired, the 2nd key has not been matched, then long-pressing 2nd key for 6 seconds, then the 2nd corresponding indicator goes into flash, and going into pairing status. If paired 2nd needed, please close the 1st paired device}
